I ordered 2 snack wraps they come cold . I asked for new ones since they were cold . They give me new ones they were also cold . I went back to the counter for the third time and the manager Jason just handed me 2 chicken strips to put in the snack wraps.
Ketchup ran out and was blowing air into the ketchup that was already in my cup and got some on me
Kid-friendliness: They had tablets that you could play on but sounded like it was about to explode

The food was good but with the new staff still going through training, it wasn't fast. The place was nice and clean but nothing fun to look at. Which isn't a deal breaker for me since I'm there to eat not sight see.
