Mi Rancho was the best. We've eaten at many Mexican resturants that all seemed to have the same items prepared the same way. Mi Rancho is unique and authentic.

We wanted a place we hadn't gone to before so we tried this Mexican place out. my buddy and I both got the birria lunch combo. It comes with a short rib enchilada that has a guajillo sauce and a birria taco with consumme. The guajillo sauce was so good I kept dipping my rice in it. Very, very good food. The free chips and salsa were delicious as well!

Ordered to go & once again I was in heaven. The food is not only amazing but it is authentic. As a Hispanic woman I'm serious when I say it's the best Mexican I've ever had. I discovered, while waiting for extreme deliciousness, the most amazing margarita I've ever had. They've really outdone themselves!! It was amazing just waiting them make it from scratch. I had to have one! I seriously never thought I a margarita girl, but I'm totally wanting right now just writing this. Thanks again Wilbert for bringing a bit of Mexico to Bemidji!!!
