Food was great! Service was a bit slow, waitress kept forgetting things and had to wait quite a while for her to come back. Forgot her notepad for order, forgot extras, asked for a go container and had to go up to counter to get it myself as she got distracted behind the counter. Normally great service, food always awesome!

With breakfast, coffee and tip 20 bucks! Too much for breakfast. I enjoyed it mostly, wasn’t a fan of the sourdough toast and only 2 slices of bacon on the lumberjack breakfast!! They also cooked the eggs in a way that’s clear to me that they are not using two eggs . Probably won’t be back

great little spot in town for breakfast typical local diner spot. wouldn’t call this restaurant a great spoon. nice menu good food and local service has a very local vibe they sell fresh baked goods up front as well

We were waiting to be seated about 20-25 minutes by Mary, who had made eye contact a number of times. While seating others. (There were open tables) When we were next, another party came in and got seated immediately. Then I went to get her attention, and she walked right past to help others who were also there after us. Ignoring their comment about seating us before helping them. We left. Wish I could give less that 1 star.

We stopped here after a night out on the town for my soon to be sister-in-law‘s bachelorette night. There was a small weight where we had to sit on a bench outside, I would say about 15 minutes on a Sunday morning. The place was pretty busy, didn’t appear to be very big.
The waitress was friendly, and our breakfast arrived pretty quickly. Pretty sure everything is made from scratch there. I had the biscuit and gravy which was amazing! Probably the best I’ve had in MN. Pancakes were good, my friend had a side of bacon pancakes with brown sugar, absolutely delicious! Light and fluffy with delicious savory bacon and just the perfect amount of sweetness….perfection! Even the butter was delicious 😆 I definitely recommend going here!

Took my family of 8 for breakfast and everything was great! Atmosphere, food, service from our waitress Amy were exceptional and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend the Irish Benedict!

The best thing about this place is the variety of breakfast dishes. The food is okay but it’s hard to screw up breakfast. However, if you’re planning on eating here, it’s wise to call and make sure you actually talk to someone! Unless you follow them on Facebook, you’ll have no idea when they close. The message on their answering machine will not mention that they are closed, but actually suggests that they are open and unable to answer the phone. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he was very inconsiderate and non apologetic, which tells me a lot about the way the business is run. I believe he feigns interest in his customers, especially in review responses, but in reality could care less.
Very popular restaurant, there were several people waiting for seats but our wait was only 10 minutes or so. Wild rice omelet was very tasty. Hash browns were crisp and buttery. Rye toast was true rye and flavorful. Eggs over medium were perfect. Sourdough toast yummy. The restaurant is nicely decorated inside.
