First time here and I had the Piggy Mango Grinder half sub. It was delicious and I would definitely return for the food. While the sub artist was nice, I didn't feel the warm welcoming customer service that would be expected from a small town, local restaurant. There's definitely room for improvement here to make the experience a 5/5.

I've been here a few times with the new owners and the only thing that annoys me is the customer service. I never get greeted at the door and I have to just start talking when I want to order.

Although the shop was nice and clean, all four of our orders were made wrong (it was the lunch rush, I get that), the bread was quite stale (maybe it was extra humid that day), I met with disbelief that I preferred a veggie sandwich (at least there was an option), the tables were dirty, and there was no bike rack.

Terrible customer service. Walked in and neither the employees nor the manager cared to look our way. Stood at the register for ten minutes and no one greeted us or took our order. Their lack of communication and awareness is what made us leave with no food.

My wife and I were super excited about trying this sub shop. We waited at the register for about 10 minutes - no one greeted us or even looked our way to take our order. There was only one other person in the shop and the employees and manager (or owner?) were behind the counter. It seemed they were more concerned with a catering order that was due later that day. We ended up just walking out…I’m also a business owner, so I decided to NOT put a 1-Star review on their Google Page.

Oh my! Ive eaten here as a young girl, I moved at 21, crave, I made it back roughly 7-9 years ago, they were clised, big bummer, I've not been back, anyways this place is amazing, I still crave, hopefully will be open when I make it back from Rockport,TX and Phoenix,AZ in June, july!? In years. Looking forward to enjoying a wonderful past, back. Thank you for opening up, again. Y'all are amazing, and keeping the flavor forward!
