First time here and I had the Piggy Mango Grinder half sub. It was delicious and I would definitely return for the food. While the sub artist was nice, I didn't feel the warm welcoming customer service that would be expected from a small town, local restaurant. There's definitely room for improvement here to make the experience a 5/5.
I've been here a few times with the new owners and the only thing that annoys me is the customer service. I never get greeted at the door and I have to just start talking when I want to order.
Although the shop was nice and clean, all four of our orders were made wrong (it was the lunch rush, I get that), the bread was quite stale (maybe it was extra humid that day), I met with disbelief that I preferred a veggie sandwich (at least there was an option), the tables were dirty, and there was no bike rack.
