Tried to dine in because sign said dining room open. Sat down and extremely rude women came out after about 3 minutes and yelled at my husband and I that 'no lunches are being served today because I have a big order all day can't help you.' We left.

I ordered pizza to be delivered at 6pm they delivered my pizza two an half hours early the driver was told to take the pizza back by my staff because it was early and the driver refused to take it back this was for a pizza party for another local business and now they have to eat cold pizza I called the restaurant and asked for a refund the manager (David) was quick to tell me they have a no refund policy on all orders even if the pizza is returned with a receipt! This is not right and I won’t be using your restaurant anymore

I order the stuffed crust and wings for $20 which was supposed to have 2 8pc wings but I only got 1 4pc and another 5pc then she said that both cups of Marinara sauce was in the box and they were no where to be seen I would just go to dominoes where they actually give you the right portions instead of wasting your time

I order the hut box with pizza and fries and a pepporni melt on sunday. Around 11:30am and spent 26.52 and waited 2hrs for my ordered and it was cold when it finally arrived so i wll not be ordering from this pizza hut again

We gave up on this Pizza Hut years ago due to the HUGE potholes in the parking lot, coupled with service issues. Today we had a hankering for Pizza Hut's iconic breadsticks so we thought we'd give them one more try.
The restaurant was clean. There was a slight wait to be served, likely because they appeared to be short staffed. The young lady who took our order was exceptional... she honored online pricing, was very friendly and attentive. We ordered three large pizzas, wings, and three orders of breadsticks. The food came out very quickly and was absolutely perfect - hot, flavorful, toppings proportionately installed, and cut into equal sized slices. Pricing was very fair. And, the icing on the cake.... the potholes in the parking lot have been patched.
We'll be back.

Not impressed we ordered supreme pan pizza, some wings and breadsticks hardly any toppings on pizza basically cheese and pizza crust and could of been cooked a little longer wings and breadsticks were just ok
we got the big dinner box with pasta. the food was honestly really bad and ended up making us both sick over the course of several days

This is ridiculous I placed my order 8:27pm and told about 30 minutes great. Hour goes by and I've only gotten a text from the automated system pushing back the delivery. I call in and ask about the delivery and they said they would remake it and I should get it by 10:40 pm ... It's 11:20 pm now I've called and they don't answer.
What a frickin joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FOOD. I'd give this -1 stars if I could

I want my money back. I called corporate. The order was messed up. They chopped up the pizzas in slices when we had instructions for squares. They lady then started cutting into squares right after cutting them into slices. The pizzas were both chopped up into a huge mess! I ordered extra sauce and did not receive it. My order of breadsticks I paid for a large order and I received a small order. Not a good birthday party at all!
