I can’t say enough about the service and food quality at this location. I called a day ahead to let them know we had a group of 30 placing individual orders through the app and that we’d be arriving by bus the next day. The staff worked with us to create a simple game plan, using a common pickup time and a team-name prefix along with each person’s name so they could easily group all the orders.
This setup made payment simple since everyone paid for their own order, and when we arrived, all 30 meals were ready, organized, and correct. The food was fresh and tasted great, and the pickup was fast and seamless, which is no small feat with a group this size. Highly recommend!

Racist manager teaching young people to judge by race. Asking another worker the race of someone while I was being helped, a customer that complained for being incorrectly charged and manager said “of course” after its confirmed it was a Native who complained. Why even ask the race? A manager showing the young people it's ok to be racist and keeping up that sort of culture in this town. The young person helping me that wasn't involved in the conversation apologized I had to beer that…. the manager is no good and shouldn't be in that position.

I went to this location recently and was met with an extremely rude and unfriendly worker, I’m not sure her name but she was blonde with a pony tail and she was short. I wanted to love my experience but she ruined it, I will not be returning. Please teach your workers how to communicate with costumers

Im not from the area, so when I saw Qdoba (mild obsession!) I stopped! I did not read previous reviews and based my review on what I saw. The facility was clean, tables clean, and nothing on the floor. I waited maybe 3 mins with 4 people in front of me. I ordered a steak and chicken quesadilla and a bowl identical to it. Gavin gave me 1 spoon of brown rice, I asked for more, he delivered. Bryce followed Gavin up and we joked because I asked for mild sauce, he thought I said medium, we laughed and moved in. I didnt catch the ladies name on the register. I forgot my phone, she entered my number, found I had a free entree. No one had badges so I asked for names as I scooted down the line, but they all willing said them. If I had not read the reviews when I got back I would have never known. Food is delicious like always, people were friendly, and I will come back.
