Upon entering to purchase donuts, I found that the line moved efficiently. The staff and customers alike demonstrated exceptional kindness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The donuts were both reasonably priced and of outstanding quality. I look forward to returning.

I made a reservation for my wedding brunch a week ago for a group of 12 and the staff acted as if I they never made my reservation. When we arrived, I checked in with the staff. The staff blew me off, then came back and gestured at the entirety of the restaurant with her arms and said, “This is how it is!”. No apology, no offer to make it right. Nothing. I will not return for a long time; I’m so upset. I am so unnerved by their lack of customer service and I talk up this cafe all the time!! Awful. Sorry, but you lost my business and the business of out of state travelers from Oklahoma and Iowa. Shameful.

I am not a small town person but I could live here forever as long as this place is here.
i've traveled throughout America and I can't remember the last time I saw individual cookies that were freshly baked being sold for 65 cents!!!
Cash only otherwise they charge a 4% credit card fee
I've only tried a handful of things, but they were so fresh and completely surprising.
I'm not gonna give recommendations on what to try. Just go there and try it. You could afford to try something new every day even if you only made minimum wage.
I wish they had an online order method for shy people.
My family and I are in bemiji for the toby Mac concert and decided to go in town for coffee and was recommended we stop by for the donuts and I will say BEST DECISION EVER! I come from a small town in upstate NY and there was a bakery I would frequently go to with my parents and COVID hit and it closed it's doors for good, then 2 years later the owner passed. First bite of the donut and instantly had a childhood experience. Your donuts are amazing and thank you for giving me that little piece of childhood I haven't felt in years. I will highly recommend anyone to support your business. You guys are amazing. Have a blessed day.

The Apple Pay machine wasn’t working for some reason and comping our $18 meal was not an option I guess. So my partner had to stay while I drove to the other side of Bemidji to pull $18 out of my bank.. (my bank wasn’t open yet, had to wait outside for 10 min there also) 2 hours wasted that morning. highly disappointing
