Nothing special! Service was terrible and it was not busy. Two separate couples left as they were not waited on. Will not go there again. The woman working acted like we were a bother as she was selling pull tabs.

Have wife and I both had hamburger cheeseburger with fries and the buns were soft and fresh and and we had a really good experience we'll go back again

Stopped in for lunch drinks and was greeted by the most welcoming bartender! Her friendliness and kindness made our first time experience delightful. Cheers to great service and great food!!

I have been to Ruzy's 3 times now, eaten there twice. Some of the worst customer service I've seen. I sat at the bar each time, the young man who bartends has completely ignored me each time, he prefers to visit with the customers he knows. There were only 12 people in the bar, including the golf simulators. I watched him walk by me at least 5 times before he stopped and asked what I wanted. Then again, my empty beer at there for quite a while before he bothered to ask if I wanted another. The food was ok, $15 for 8 smaller wings seemed steep. It took a long time for a slow night. The other two people across the bar from me struggled to get service too. We were the ONLY 3 people sitting at the bar. I feel that the bartender was new and could really use some customer service training. When the final bill came it did not match menu prices, looks like they add cc fees to each item if you pay with a card. After 3 times with bad service each time, I probably will find another bar to give my $$ to.
