The waitress was friendly with a shining personality (never got her name, but very petite), the prime rib and salmon were cooked perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to enjoy an evening out!

What a great find! Our local friends sort of poo-pooed the place, but beside the slow service (missing help that day) the food was EXCELLENT. The fish was firm and tasty, red meat well seasoned, and salad fresh. Our server was an absolute doll and made it fun to be there. I'd go back in a heart beat but 567 miles is a long way to drive! Hit that place if you are ever in town to see Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox, the restaurant is right across the street!

Since it was our 55th anniversary we decided to drive 60 miles to Bemidji last night for dinner only to discover you were closed. I hope in the future you make mention on your website as it says you were open until 9:00.
AWESOME! we came looking for a place to eat with dogs - Sparkling Waters advertised a Puppy Patio. Were we surprised!! Owner Reva met us and said we could go upstairs to the lake overlook patio. It overlooks Lake Bemidji and it’s all to ourselves!!! And that’s before we eat!!!!
Food was awesome. Walleye and shrimp Alfredo.
Would highly recommend for service and food!!!!

Yesterday my sis Chelsea Pisarski and I went to Sparkling Waters everything we ordered was good however the shrimp alfredo had a weird taste . When we got home my abdomen hurt severely bad and it was sharp stabbing pain then I got super nauseous a few minutes later I was non stop throwing up and it also went right through me . I felt super dizzy. I didn't think I would get food poisoning that's the first time it happened to me and my sis can't eat their pasta or walleye for the very exact same reason. I was sweating a lot and I had to lay down early last night.
My sister and I had to go the bad bc no one was available to seat us . We ordered the bruschetta and I got the shrimp alfredo and she got the Bemidji burger. The pasta had a little weird taste to it .. When we got home I got really bad stomach pain, I was sweating and I rushed to the bathroom and kept throwing up. My stomach was killing me from the shrimp alfredo.

We had the prime rib and it was cooked properly but had absolutely no seasoning and even the au jus was flavorless. The clam chowder was good but not very hot. Lackluster bread now and the bread there used to be fantastic. The service was wonderful!

We were recommended by family when we came to town for a reunion. First off no one at the desk to seat us. We had to go find someone. I noticed the tables were smudged and dirty. When I put my napkin in my lap the knife was full of water spots. The waitress was very friendly and took our order right away. The wine was in glasses that also had water spots. The salad was a joke. Don’t bother giving lettuce from a bag. The bread wasn’t warm and was very tough.my partner ordered the Mediterranean pasta and while it was plentiful he had some chipped shells in the dish from the mussels. I ordered the walleye and while the portion was big when I cut into the breading water came out which says to me it was frozen. The beans were flavorless and cold. I would expect with the prices that high more attention to flavor and freshness would be important to the owners so people would come back. I did tip the waitress very well because she was very attentive. Change the music and take down the umbrellas that are hanging from the ceiling. Took a 100 bucks from me!

Starting with the positives. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. The decor was kind of hokey and the music selections reminded me of a cheap Italian restaurant. Our table could have used a thorough cleaning.
I had the Mediterranean seafood pasta. Pasta out of a box. Sauce way too salty. Broken pieces of mussel shell in the pasta. My partner had the breaded walleye. The breading was fine but when she cut into it water came out. A sure sign the walleye was frozen and not fresh. The green beans accompanying the dish did were cold.
$100 bucks for two dinners and two glasses of wine. Not worth the price. A shame because with more attention to detail could have been a good dinner.

This was only my 2nd time eating here. When you walk in, it has a bit of an old Italian vibe to it. But someone had a thing for umbrellas. They're everywhere decorating the walls and hanging from the ceiling. Our server was awesome. Thanks, Jess! Now, onto the food.1st time I was here, I ordered a half-rack of ribs. After three bites, I found it to be cold. I sent them back asking for a little more fire. They were returned within 3 minutes. I could tell from the steam rising and the sauce boiling that they were just thrown in the microwave and sent back out. The problem was that they were still cold! I spoke with the manager and had it removed from our bill. Alls well that ends well.Fast forward a couple of years. The wife and I are on a date night, and I figured wth I'll give it another try (just don't order the ribs!).I ordered a simple chicken fettuccine alfredo while she had the walleye. The breast of chicken I received was so thin that I was waiting for some old guy to jump out and tell me, "For the cost of a cup of coffee each day, this starving chicken can be saved!" Making matters worse was that it had no seasoning, was dry, and rubbery. The pasta was cooked well, but the alfredo sauce was more like a bland cream sauce topped with parmesan.Even my wife's walleye, while visually appealing, had little taste, and the twice baked potato looked like re-heated slop in a bowl smothered in cheese (I'm guessing another culinary marvel from chef mic.And call me old, vintage, seasoned, I don't care. But $65 buck for what we got.I don't think we'll be back. Fool me once and all that.
