Sad. They took away my favorite drink, the Summer Skies with Boba pearls. I realize people love the pumpkin spice stuff but I don't understand why they can't have my favorite and only drink I get year round.
That said everyone else got their favorites.
I think I might cry! Or have to look up a copycat recipe.
I will say that the people that work here always seem happy and are so sweet!!

The staff at this location are still learning, please give them some Grace as I’m sure we’ve all been in similar situations at one point in our lives.
The drive thru was packed and so was online order pickup.
The only comment I really have that needs improvement is that there were tons of bees that somehow made it inside the store and were all over the window. Hopefully an exterminator can come resolve this!

Drinks are so inconsistent. I ordered my usual, and today it's awful. It tastes different every. single. time.
Do not get the Turkey Provolone sandwich it is absolutely disgusting the turkey tastes rancid luckily they only put a couple tiny slivers on anyway but it was absolutely terrible worst sandwich I've had in my life don't make the same mistake I did it was thrown away after a couple bites I could not do it even though I tried my hardest

I went to the drive thru for two drinks. When I got to the window to pay I wasn’t greeted with a smile or a hello or anything. Once I paid o got told to pay again but I already did and all the lady did was shut the door. When I was given a drink it wasn’t mine and once again took it back and shut the window. Told the lady what I had and had to wait for my second drink. When a guy brought me the correct drink he apologized and asked if I had everything, I said yes thank you. The lady in the window her name was Lily with blonde hair, she needs to learn customer service and how to read a screen. A smile goes along way with customer service, o do not appreciate the window being shut in my face not once but twice I found it very rude.
