Good experience fast line kind employees but my drink wasn’t perfect didn’t taste right I’ll definitely go back for sure however I’ll probably change my order next time no hate on the establishment I think they did a fantastic job

This and the other Starbucks in Bemidji are excellent! I’ve had coffee from a Starbucks in most of the states, Canada, all over Europe, and Asia, these are the best.
Always friendly, fast clean store, and well managed.
Go here daily, staff do not get enough credit for the good work they do!

I pay 8$ and extra for light ice and it’s half the cup! What’s regular ice the whole damn cup?

I ordered a caramel frappucino from this store, and it was so nasty I couldn’t even drink it. I tried to call the store about it, because I was headed to work. The phone line was disconnected. Probably won’t even come back to this location after that.

The service at this Starbucks is always top notch when I've been here, so friendly and helpful and cheerful! The drinks are great, never had an issue. The food is always good too. Bathrooms are nice as well!

Sad. They took away my favorite drink, the Summer Skies with Boba pearls. I realize people love the pumpkin spice stuff but I don't understand why they can't have my favorite and only drink I get year round.
That said everyone else got their favorites.
I think I might cry! Or have to look up a copycat recipe.
I will say that the people that work here always seem happy and are so sweet!!
