I stopped in today for my birthday drink, it wasn’t too busy and was clean. Reagan helped me today, she was very kind and had great customer service. She went above and beyond setting up my drink, I will definitely return to this location again. Thank you Reagan!

Good experience fast line kind employees but my drink wasn’t perfect didn’t taste right I’ll definitely go back for sure however I’ll probably change my order next time no hate on the establishment I think they did a fantastic job

This and the other Starbucks in Bemidji are excellent! I’ve had coffee from a Starbucks in most of the states, Canada, all over Europe, and Asia, these are the best.

Always friendly, fast clean store, and well managed.

Go here daily, staff do not get enough credit for the good work they do!
