The manager, Randi had already looked into the situation before I arrived and had new cards waiting for me. She then went above and beyond to make it right for me. Let's just say she was very generous with me. Customer service like this is not common nowadays. I am impressed!“

Luckily everyone seemed understand and she was doing great. The sandwich was also great!“
