A good Subway at a really convenient location with chill staff. They seem to be pretty consistent with doing double turkey, which is a nice change of pace.

Bug

Please pick any of the other two locations in the area. Me and my wife went to this location twice in the past 6 months and each time we aired at the drive thru for an extended period of time. This It took well over ten minutes to get two orders in even with multiple staff there. The employee on the headset repeatedly went silent or was laughing to the point we couldn’t understand them. My wife had to repeat her order and what she wanted on her sandwich TWICE because the employee would stop talking for a few minutes before returning back laughing and asking for us to repeat..

The previous time, we waited over an hour at the drive thru, eventually we had to leave without ordering because of other plans we had to attend. The staff never responded to us and we saw multiple costumers come in and leave with food while we were just waiting. We honestly don’t know how this location remains open

The whole time I was ordering I was being constantly mocked for a comment I made. Rude behavior, terrible customer service, I knew it was going to be a terrible experience when it took more than 10 minutes to get our food with no one in the store.

Very surprised with how unsanitary and rude the staff were. Garbage cans old food laying everywhere including tuna. Young staff members told me if I don’t like it I should leave and I did.

Went in today July 3rd 2025 around 2:15ish and was impressed with the 3 young ladies working!! They were getting slammed with a full lobby and orders over the headset and still managed to all provide great customer service and a delicious sandwich! Special credit to the young woman with the headset who was multi tasking multiple orders and helping other staff, I wish I could remember her name because if she hasn't been promoted to management she should be! I don't often see people putting their heart and soul in to a business like that and she was giving 100%! I'll be choosing this subway location again. Receipt says Subway #19018-0 and served by #4830 timestamps 2:29:27pm if that helps giving credit to that specific crew, they really did your location a solid with some real owner type pride in their work ethic and customer service.

Couldnt rate the food. Was in drive thru for 8 mins no one acknowledged me or took my order. When I drove up to the window the attendant said oh no one had the headset on. I didn't order drove to another subway. This subway doesnt care about making a profit pr its guest. No apologies from this Subway

Ordered flatbread online . Asked for it to be cut in three pieces . Wasn’t cut .. gave me a loaf .. the entire sandwhich is covered is sauce .. went back in . Didn’t offer anything .. will never step foot here again ..

I think this place would be better if there was better management.. Seems as though they let their team suffer alone. Employees are almost always very nice, except a few times I have mobile ordered I have not gotten the correct amount of ingredients as stated on the menu, will be standing in line from now on.

I went to this particular location the other night at around 8:40, only one other person was ordering food when I got in some others were eating. I went to the bathroom and when I came out to go and order I stood there for a good 15 minutes, note that I was the only one in the subway line. I look around to see if anyone was there and there was a guy in the alcove by the drive through window. No one was in the drive through. He was on his phone talking to someone and he saw me I know it because we made eye contact and yet he continued talking on the phone. He came over about seven minutes after he saw me, still on his phone call and said “sorry for the wait” I said oh no problem thinking he was going to help me but then he was like oh okay and pointed to his phone walking away to the back continuing his conversation. I waited a few more minutes before I left to see if he was just finishing up the conversation but to no avail he never came back so I left. Also the bathrooms are very unclean, toilets were clogged and paper towels all over the floor. If I could give this place a zero out of five stars I would. The cherry berry side I don’t have a problem with. There is always someone there and helping.

There was two people working, no one I side but me. Two at drive thru, after a little she looks at me and says I have one more order to take. Said that fine I'll just go. Took for ever to get the two order out, and than looks at me alot later and say What can I get for you ..Really no thanks.

Order from app, waited over a hour for food that was paid for, they didn’t know how cancel a order, didn’t even look to see if my order was at that location told me to go downtown that’s where my order was, one of the girls finds my ticket by the register and then chick said she going on break because she forgot to make the order. So waited a minute for a refund or my food, night shift came in and one of those workers finally made my order. Service sucks, and all she had to do was say my bad I’ll make it now or just refund it!

I ordered ahead of time thro the online app and still had to wait for an hour to receive my food. When I asked about my food, the service workers gave me attitude about it. I'd have a better time going to the Walmart subway.
