I had initial trouble trying to purchase four gift card and stopped back the next day to see if they were activated or not. The manager, Randi had already looked into the situation before I arrived and had new cards waiting for me. She then went above and beyond to make it right for me. Let's just say she was very generous with me. Customer service like this is not common nowadays. I am impressed!

This place is hit or miss. The sandwiches are usually pretty good but the service is a mess. The guys that work there mess around so much they barely help the customers and they didn’t know how to apply a coupon. The women that work there get flustered when there’s more than one customer but at least they do their job.

Fairly easy to get into the parking lot across traffic from the main road. The business is shared with two others. So you can have ice cream and chocolate for dessert. Our server was very kind and funny. We enjoyed talking to her! We ordered a footlong and two people were sharing it so she was very patient as we ordered our individual toppings. The store at 4:00 in the afternoon was empty. So our service was very fast! The interior was clean.
