In my opinion, this Taco Bell is the best fast food place in the entire world. I get my dinner here almost every day and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s sad that they’re not open more, and I always miss the Limited Time items when they go away, but I still go back. I sure love those burritos. They’re also one of the few places in the area with good vegetarian options.

Been closing early for the last 6 + months, what’s taking so long to train an evening shift crew? Pulled into drive through @ 5:50 pm there was a line of cars but once 6pm hit they closed even though we were inline well before they closed. Very bad customer service, no care in the world for customers waiting, hit the lights & clock out. This Taco Bell has gone to hell. Customer service is a Zero.

Don’t. Just don’t. Even if their drive-thru is open & other cars ahead of you have just ordered, you’ll be told they just closed. & now you & the cars behind you are stuck there until the person ahead of you gets their food.

I went there and waited in line for 30 minutes I ended up getting to the window at 5:58 and they refused to take my order there was a line behind me still
Always short staffed, never has dining area open anymore and evening hours are awful. If you are always short staffed I think this should say something about atmosphere, pay or management. Please fix it. Until then I will go to taco John’s where they are short staffed but still serve you with a smile.

Odds are they are probably in the middle of revamping and switching to AI and automated food, which honestly I’m in favor of anyways since the people here consistently mess up my order, and take 30-40 minutes to make the food.
