Food was good for taco bell but service was terrible waited 30 min for to go order. Got lots items we didn't order or duplicates. Others were coming in from drive thru with wrong orders. Hate the kiosk

Was visiting from out of town they said they ran out of beef so they gave me chicken instead, which was fine. They didn’t charge me extra so that was very nice of them. Unfortunately, when I ordered my chips and cheese, they forgot the chips, even when I asked if they checked my order, I was really in the mood for some chips and cheese

The order kiosks suck and they are not user friendly nor do they allow you to get a physical receipt for tax purposes. The only saving Grace of this store at this moment is the manager because our order was also forced to be upgraded to steak because they were out of beef and then they mismade our whole order and then the manager said I'll fix it right away and he fixed it within 2 minutes The manager's name is Thomas and he is an amazing asset to the store!

This Taco Bell in Bemidji has went down hill. The employees at night are disrespectful towards themselves and employees, my family and I waited a half hour in drive thru. The place seems to be back to what it was in the past. I asked for names but they yelled and became irate and belligerent. I will be notifying corporate and the BBB because the food was also old and made sloppy. I'm also contacting Inewz and other facilities since the owner and managers have denied to fix the atmosphere at this store. Even google has deemed this place unsuitable for customers due to their lack of service and poor food quality. I recommend anyone to stay away from this place
