Wasabi of Bemidji is a great place to get sushi, ramen, and other authentic dishes. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are very friendly. My go-to is the sushi and I have never been disappointed.
I've got here countless times with my family and friends and it's always been phenomenal! The sushi is great, but we mostly go for ramen. The spicy miso, shoyu, and sukothai are our top favorites, but all of the ramen is great. Even my dad really enjoyed eating here, and he's usually not a fan of places like this! They also have a vegan tofu ramen. The strawberry milk boba and coffee boba is good, the boba is a little bit strange, so I would probably avoid it just...
Not recommended for sushi. I really like the ambiance and want to like Wasabi. The fish is quite low quality, which clearly comes in frozen lacking taste and texture. Fish should come in whole and cut in house. The sashimi is just not good. The rice is not great either. The Ramen/soups are definitely a better option.
