The staff that run this place are awesome, delightful and on top of it. They can manage long lines with kindness and accuracy. The parking lot layout is weird, but don’t let it stop you from getting an ice cold campfire mocha!

This place can’t follow simple instructions. I’ve been to this store twice now and ordered the same thing. A large caramel latte extra shot NO froth. And I got a cup that was 25% froth. Both times I’ve just thrown the drink away. It wasn’t even drinkable. Too bad I couldn’t give this place negative stars they don’t deserve any.

Stopped in with my mom to get coffee this afternoon and spilt my coffee while getting into the car. The gals that were working were so sweet - they remade my drink free of charge and gave me some paper towels to help clean up the car. Thank you for being awesome!!

Went through the drove through and ordered one seasonal drink and a hot chocolate. Got to the window, paid, and was handed one drink. Found out when I inquired about the second she handed me the wrong drink and I paid for the wrong order. I was asked to park and somebody would run my drinks out. I ensured i wouldn't have to get out of my vehicle to get my drinks at the window because I'm 9 months pregnant. Parked, waited 7ish mins and saw 5 vehicles get through the drive thru. Walked up to the windows where I was told they forgot to make my drinks.....at least I was fully refunded and my drinks were accurate once I got them. What should've been no more than 10 mins turned into 30.
