I've enjoyed Caribou for many years, but I'm done giving you my business. The staff messed up our order. They didn't have half of the menu items in stock. They were completely unapologetic and did not make the slightest move to correct the problems. Then to top it off, both of the girls working there told me straight to my face that the 12oz drink that they put in front of me was 16oz. All of this after I gave them a tip at the register. In hindsight, I should have at least asked for my tip back, but then I suppose I would have been the jerk.

I love going to this location as the baristas are always friendly and helpful. And my regular drink order is always consistent there! :)
I love this location. Not only does it has the best tasting coffee, but the atmosphere is so welcoming. The baristas are so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, even to us picky folks!!

I guess less ice means extra ice with from top of cup to bottom, got an extra and 4 drinks out the straw and more than half gone. Thanks but not going there again.

Smoothest coffee around. Whenever we come up from Texas we stop at a Caribou coffee. So smooth and not bitter. Perfect service as well.

I came into pick up a multiple gift cards to give to teachers for teacher appreciation week.I asked for a receipt for each card at the beginning of the transaction.Cashier didn’t give me one- then I asked for sleeves (so I could write in the sleeves to communicate the amount on the card) and they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any of those…I asked for a receipt and they wouldn’t give me one for each card.At one point- all three of them were basically told me they was nothing they could do- it seemed like such a simple fix but they didn’t want to be corporative. At the very least, they could’ve offered me a marker to mark the cards.Staff seemed rude and unprepared-Next year I will pick different gifts to distribute.

I ordered a Vanilla Matcha latte. It was the worst tasting Matcha latte I have ever gotten at Caribou. Go to the Caribou Cabin down the road.
We were greeted by a friendly associate who took our order and it was ready in less than 5 minutes...love this place
I've come here every week with a few friends, and every time has been absolutely lovely. Thank you Caribou Crew for taking care of us!!
