My son had an interview here. I came inside because it was rather hot while waiting.i decided to go inside. And I also wanted to order Ice cream. Entered in wasn't greeted there was a young lady at the front of the store behind the counter and another younger guy. I proceeded to the the front to order and stood by the counter. I waited 5 minutes to be greeted and nothing I heard but crickets. The young lady looked back at me and turned back around and continued to make the blizzard. The guy never approached me to try and help me. So, I spoke out and stated Hello Id like to order a small ice cream. Still she didn't say hello in return. I said to her I had watched her turn around look at me and still not ask if she could help me. And she said that's because I was making blizzards. I emailed the supervisor and she never replied to my email. Of course she didn't. This location is not diverse that I could see with my own eyes. Of course she discluded my son and he didn't get hired after she rescheduled his interview last minute and he even still decided to continue to interview with her. I pray this store gets use to being more diverse and teaches professional professional no matter the race age or color.

This is the worst DQ ever. I’ve been there twice in the past month and both times I ordered a peanut buster parfait, only to be informed both times that they had no peanuts. How do you run out of peanuts, not once, but twice?!?

Although I got my ice cream blizzard in a timely fashion. Probably quicker than other Dairy Queen‘s, my medium blizzard was not filled to the top of the cup. Probably an inch of room from the top to where the ice cream stopped. Not only mine but my wife’s was short as well. When you pay six and seven dollars for some ice cream. Which is actually a little outrageous. It would be nice to be given what you paid for. Not real friendly in the drive-through either.

Ordered 31.00 food got to window food was not ready asked right away to add order of frys girl said no and walked away .not very good to be rude in such a small town .

First of all when there are big signs on the windows staring 2 for $5 or 2 for $7 cheeseburgers but the cash register or computer doesn't ring it up and then after sitting waiting for food get told oh sorry yojkowenus $5.30 more because the computer didn't ring up the 2 for $5 burgers and also charged $9.98 for the 2 for $7 burgers and then are told sorry can't remove the signs and don't knowy managers name ?
Every single time I come here there is something. Wrong with my order. Last time I ordered my fry basket was half way full when I opened the bag, this time my husband goes through the drive through, they give me a blizzard the complete opposite of what I ordered , I drove back to get a new one, and srupidly didn’t check because it looked right, they still gave me the wrong ice cream. On top of the worker looking at me like she has no idea what I’m talking about and making me basically list the ingredients of the blizzard.

I received food in a large order that had a gob of spit on it. I guess they do not like large orders. Spit.
I complained as I wiped it off my hand and they told me it was probably sauce. Umm, no.
Grossest encounter with a fast-food place in my life. And I have seen a few things. I complained to owners, corporate. They told me they were taking care of it internally.
Below they will comment back “we are so sorry.. we want blah blah..”.
DO NOT go to Big Lake DQ. Something is terribly wrong there.

I am always overcharged for items I order but never even receive!
The latest: I ordered a mint oreo shake. I got the mint shake but no oreo.
