First time I ever been to a grind and the staff was extremely nice and very friendly. I had the Mint Oreo shake and I love!!! I also tried the green drink and it was really really good!! I will definitely recommend to more people!

Ladies here are SO NICE! I love their customer service. I usually get the cherry dip cone shake. Very addicting! Its all herbal life so if youre like me and get achy joints from herbal life ingredients I wouldnt go here. But if you want a healthy quick meal this is the place to go!
