My Order was received/paid at the drive through window. Patiently waiting. During my 25 mins of waiting. I heard screaming back and forth from two employees. Saw one was not wearing uniform beyond the pick up window. Finally shouted hey!!! As I seen an employee walk by. As he opened the window he said we are closed. I Asked for my food or a refund. Did not answer me and locked the window. I have paid for food but received nothing but unprofessionalism + no food

I've given this McDonald's in Big Lake 2 trys now. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches before I walked out. I will never be back! Ir wasn't even busy.

Visited the big lake Minnesota McDonald's on July 26 (330 jefferson)about 12:30 pm
10 people in our group, 3 separate orders , and several errors. They were NOT busy. When we went to make the order correct, that order was wrong. Also, just to let you know, we wathed others return incorrect orders. I went to the counter to talk to someone. That person listened but snickered the whole time then turned and walked away. No apology, I asked for her name, no response....just walked away. I asked for manager, no response . By now I am upset. So I said if you think I am gonna leave, I won't. I will stay here all afternoon until someone talks to me. At that point, a male SCREAMED at me and said the manager was busy. Finally the manager shows up, I told her and her response was just what do you want me to do about it? Sorry but what do you want?? I wanted a sincere apology...certainly not screamed at or laughed at.They were very rude, I will not ever return! I worked as a manager in food service for 25 years, misakes happen but this behavior by pretty much all the employees should never happen. We spent 100 to
get the wrong meals and treated horribly. I will share this to Google reviews. Do better mcdonalds....you are better than this
Please understand that I went up to the first person, kindly, to let them know there were a lot of mistakes. Their treatment towards me is what caused the escalation.

Okay this is almost shameful…. It’s the 10th of March and I’ve stopped almost every day to get a shamrock shake to hear the ice cream machine is down …. Do me a favor either fix the darn thing or start posting when it’s running… so disappointed
