I don’t know what corporate is doing to y’all… my Bigmac burger had barely any meat if you could call that meat, has the quality in your product really gone downhill thanks to greedflation…. Really disappointed
Hair in multiple food items…. My girlfriend and I stopped here at a slow point in the morning to get some breakfast. We each got a sandwich and a hashbrown and we got a frappe to share. While drinking the frappe I got a short dark hair in my drink and thinking there’s a chance that maybe it was mine I kept going. We then continued to find another dark hair in the drink which was definitely not mine and a hair on a hashbrown. Don’t know how many others we could have missed. Definitely unsanitary and just plain gross. Haven’t been there more than a few times but this ruined it for me.

The lady through the drive couldn't hear me telling her my order multiple times and was very rude and unprofessional. I got up to the wondow and was missing a fry and coke. But this time another staff member accused me of lying and not ordering the missing coke and fry. When I asked if I could order another coke and fry there at the window, both were rude and again and told me to go back around through the drive through. Another staff member refused to acknowledge me. The staff and the service has been absolute garbage for years and it seems no one one knows what they're doing. The management that runs this Mcdonald's needs to retrain their staff on how to properly treat the customer and perform their job at the highest level. It's sad that this location has a history of being the worst McDonald's around and higher ups don't care....

Always a terrible experience at this location. I come back every couple of months because it's in such a convenient location for us, but I regret it every single time. This time, we ordered a cheeseburger meal through the mobile app and we received a cheeseburger with only meat and cheese, no onions, no Ketchup, just plain meat and cheese. Save yourself the time and dont go to this location.
