Honestly, some of the best pizza I have ever had. Their red sauce is second to none, savory, zesty and vibrant. Couple that with the cheese cooked to perfection with an even golden brown crisp, this pizza has me rolling my eyes back in pure pleasure with every piece. 10/10 go there now.

We ordered pizza at 6pm tonight for delivery. We called after 1.5 hours and ask what was the status. They said they were very busy and it would be about half an hour. After half an hour we called again - the pizza was delivered a few minutes before 9pm. HORRIBLE!!!!! NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!!

After a 39-minute drive I showed up on the 25-minute estimated time for takeout. And they informed me that someone just walked out the door with the pizza. They were very apologetic and offered a discount as they refired the pizza for me. Highly understandable. We are only human. The pizza is always amazing!. Good service and kind of people. They did not show any anger in the mishap. No one was punished 👍

One of my absolute favorite pizzas ever! I grew up going to Pizza Factory (Inver Grove Heights/South Saint Paul) and was excited when I found a Pizza Factory in Big Lake! My go-to order is a large half sausage half pepperoni, and it’s been that way for over 40 years! One time I splurged and ordered a thick crust sausage, pepperoni, and extra cheese, and had leftovers for a couple days! I was in pizza heaven!
The pizza is good. Not as good as the old owners was! They use less sauce, pepperoni, and cheese now. So the taste is different now! The change in amounts used makes it have less flavors in the areas it needs to make it good. If they still have any of the old cooks from before the sale of the Restaurant. They should have them go back to how they made them before! If they don't have any of the cooks anymore I would try to get them back and show you how they made them before. The prices have gone up and the Quality has gone down! I used to eat it once a week sometimes twice a week. Now I go a few months at a time now! I crave the old pizza and then try it again and it's still not good. So I remember it's not as good as before. So now I don't really have a favorite around home anymore. I go else where now.

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had! The center is not cooked all the way the outer edge is burnt, this is the worst version of thick crust pizza I have ever seen or eaten. Threw away more than half of it! Will be very leery of ever ordering from here again!
