My wife and I went here tonight as we always come here on Jan 19th in memory of a loved one who passed away. This year was 10 years. It is SO cold today so we were the only ones inside and she said she only had one other customer today. She was completely amazing and such a sweetheart. Then we were going to pay and she said she went ahead and took care of our bill for us because she just likes to do that sometimes. Okay, what?! Who does this?! This girl Lacey at Pizza Factory does!!! God is good! Then we continued to thank her and offer to tip and she said no, it's totally ok, God provides so I can give to others. We need more people like this in the world. Be kind and give to others when you can! Thank you for making our night. It meant more than you know. 🙏

The place and service seem the same as before. Out Dated Decor over 35+ years. Old tables, benchs, and chairs. They pizza was really good a couple years ago! Now it has gone down hill! The cheese was good on the pizza, now there is less cheese. The pepperoni were good ones a few years ago, now they are cheap and super super grease! The thin crust was good few years ago, now it's super super thin and not crispy and is soggy! You can't even taste the crust! The pizza a few years ago had the right amounts of everything that made it taste good! You use less cheese, cheap pepperoni, and less crust your not left with much of a pizza! Plus the price went up A LOT! Get less pizza for more money! I'm not going back anymore! I used to get this pizza at least 5 times a month some times more! It was my go to pizza place! I used to tell people to go there that didn't know them yet. Now I send people else where!

The best pizza in the area hands down. Very popular, and busy! Always good, sometimes if they are very busy the pizza is over cooked and crust is very dark/burned. So order before rush times. Carry out times are sometimes mis quoted. Be prepared to be patient. Additional wait may occur at pick up in rush times. Check quality crust before leaving. Sometimes burned if busy.
This is absolutely the best pizza I have ever had, the ingredients are fresh, the sauce was sooooo delicious, customer service was excellent, this will be my official pizza place whenever I visit this city again. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Honestly, some of the best pizza I have ever had. Their red sauce is second to none, savory, zesty and vibrant. Couple that with the cheese cooked to perfection with an even golden brown crisp, this pizza has me rolling my eyes back in pure pleasure with every piece. 10/10 go there now.

Good independent pizza place in the middle of Big Lake Minnesota. Located next to City Hall. No alcohol but unlimited soft drinks.
