The poor workers here never had a chance - turnover is abundant and hours are inconsistent, frequently closing 2+ hours early over what is posted. The last 3 to 4 hours they're open, you will usually only see one unfortunate soul working, usually a high school kid.
Food is just alright, standard Subway fare, which nowadays means overpriced, over processed sandwiches. This location doesn't do anything with the app, so your only shot at decent pricing is one of the mailer coupons, if you live local.
Overall, it just seems to be like many of the Subway franchises paired with a gas station: for all deficiencies, I blame the franchise owners for cutting every corner they can.

Came in before they close and the worker said he couldn’t help me even though he was willing to make sandwiches for the two girls in front of me. Tall skinny dorky looking male with glasses. I feel like it’s unfair treatment because I was in line just like the other two and it was before closing time, but yet he chose to turn me away.
