Kamyira is so much fun as a bartender. While the managers are there, I guess, she is fun and attentive with good recommendations. Makes an awesome martini special and the chips are warm. Could use a little more salsa.

I’ve been to Applebee’s plenty of times before and they usually have pretty good food & service. I typically like to get appetizers when I’m at Applebees - I love the spinach & artichoke dip, the chicken wonton tacos, and the brew pub loaded fries! I recently tried the new grilled cheese cheeseburger here and it was okay. The side of tomato soup was really thick and definitely felt more like a sauce rather than soup, and they didn’t give me very much of it. The fries were good and the burger was pretty good too. Our server was nice and attentive. I’ll definitely come back to Applebees again, I’ll probably just stick with their yummy appetizers in the future!

It was not very busy at all but somehow I took for ever to get refills. I had to ask for Togo boxes and I never did get the second one I asked for. I pointed out one of the apps was not cooked right. The server said he was going to go ask to get it taken care of then never came back.

I came in with a party of 10 with adults, 3 kids under 6 & also an infant. The server seemed annoyed and not confident from the get- go: seemed irritated that she had a party sit in her section. We ordered our meals and then she brought our beverages out. she put the glass behind my arm while I was sitting with my infant facing sideways keeping him busy … then OFCOURSE my elbow bumped it off of the table causing a spill: Instead of a manager or server coming over- I had to find multiple employees for towels and ended up cleaning it myself. By the time it was cleaned up and she knew that it was there; she offered to wipe it up and I told her to keep moving on since it was done by myself anyways .
Still had my husband tip her, treated her kindly but I’m truly embarrassed by somebodies unmindfullness to not communicating when setting something down: and then still not following up with the table to make sure all is okay after such thing happened;
To the managers, the best move you can do is come over to the table, address the issue then laugh it off with the customers because mistakes do happen BUT there is absolutely no excuse to completely dismiss your servers wrong doing.
You guys are glad that my children did not slip or get hurt.

Welllll....the food was the only decent thing about this location. Incredibly slow service - from the hostess, to the server, to the floor manager! The carpeting/floors are dirty and stained. The walls have peeling wallpaper, stained, and look moldy. The bathroom was dirty, smelled bad and was unstocked . I would definitely NOT recommend this location nor would I return. This place absolutely needs an ALL OVER upgrade!!

Horrible customer service from the bartender unprofessional.Before my dessert actually came, I was told how to pay for my food and if I was ready to pay.And after dessert came out before I was even finished.She stood there and asked me, how i was going to be paying.And if I was ready not professional, I will be calling the state of minnesota and corporate tomorrow.
