Every time I go to this place my order is wrong. I got 3 meals here and 2 of them were wrong. All 3 combined had only one orders worth of curly fries. The fry boxes were literally less than half full. They gave the wrong sauces, the French dip had no dip, and the 1/2 lb beef and cheddar was ordered without the red sauce... it still had red sauce had almost no cheese sauce. It's supposed to have 2 layers of cheese sauce. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this is the 3rd or 4th time in a row my order has been wrong at this location. Don't bother coming to this one.

I normally love this place, but lately it's been difficult to justify a visit. Tonight I showed up around 8:30p (2.5 hours before close), and despite being the only car in line, I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The employee who took my order/payment was extremely dismissive throughout the process. I then received food that was hardly able to be called warm. Very disappointing from a local favorite.

Ordered online and showed up 5 mins after pick up time. No one in line but the manager and workers were all just BSing. Stood there another 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me, even they all looked right at me. Waited another 5 mins to get my food and they still messed up. Don't know if it was just bad service or racially motivated because the manager, who was also looking right at me, immediately helped the guy who arrived just before my food was ready.

The girl at the window was great !! Her pleasant demeanor was on point.
If I could leave Zero stars, I would. As I stood at the counter with my daughter for 6 minutes, someone finally said they would take our order in a minute. 6 minutes of No acknowledgement at all. They were Not busy. There were 3 drive-thru orders on the screen finally after waiting 10 minutes we left with out anyone helping us. It seemed as if we didn't exist, only drive-thru. I will not be back to your facility ever again.

Hey Arby’s what kind of bullshit is this? I ordered a large crinkle cut fries and half of it was curly fries in the bottom and some crinkle cut fries on the top. Is this the service customers get when they go through your drive thru?

Went around 6 pm for dinner . Food took forever . My son waited to go the bathroom for over 10 minutes just to have a female and male exit the mens room . Too many random individuals loitering . Won’t be coming back.
