Roast beef and cheddar Sam-ich was great as usual, my boy friend ordered that, i ordered the fish sandwich because it was Lent. Second time ever ordering a fish Sam-ich from Arby's.....I will never ever EVER order one again. First time they put more tarter sauce on the bun then there was fish, disgusting! Second time it was soggy, a TON of tarter sauce again and the actual fish was so thin, the batter was way thicker than the fish itself. My warning to you all, DON'T EVER ORDER THE FISH SAM-ICH!!BUT the employees were nice, restaurant was clean, and my boyfriend beef/cheddar was good. I will be going back but not for a fish sam-ich

Locked up the lobby a whole hour early. Terrible management.Update: 2-15-24. I still stand by my previous review. I would also add that they removed ham from their offerings altogether. It's not a good move, in my opinion. Still 1 star.

Drive thru employee was extremely rude when I presented my coupon. It wasn't announced that I had to present it before ordering. I was berated when I got to the window with the coupon. The employee then began to start whispering to another employee what happened like I couldn't hear them. All around rude service. Won't be going back!

They were quite busy, so it was a longer wait than usual, but the window attendant was pleasant and prompt with the food when it was ready.My wife Absolutely loved the Mac n cheese bites!Thanks for the GREAT service at the Pheasant Ridge Blaine location!
