First off this restaurant is difficult to find because it is in a food court in a mall, enough said about the atmosphere. As I reviewed the menu board that had no prices listed three young men came up and ordered sodas. The clerk asked are you paying in cash? They said yes, she charged a dollar for each can. I ordered wontons, pad tai, and a bottle water. My bill was 26. 31 (1. 50 a soda) and I was in a mall. The next couple came and ordered pad tai and paid for their order....
Very happy to see Lao cuisine in Northtown! I had the Lao sausage fried rice and the fried rice was perfect, just the way I like it. As an odd Asian, I've never been a fan of spice in my food and their sausage only has a little kick to and tastes wonderful. For $18, the portion size is worth your money and owner at the front was extremely kind and not afraid to strike up a welcoming conversation. Would definitely come back to try more! :)
