Always a GREAT experience at Big Dipper. Delicious ice cream and friendly service. We come here often for dessert when our [adult] children stop over for dinner. Only wish they had their licorice flavor more often. Definitely my favorite!

Terrible service. My son ordered a milk shake. The cup was half full. His friends milk shake was full to the top. I asked if she would fill his shake fuller. The workers responded " no sometimes it just comes out that way. " Each shake is $8. If you are lucky you get a full shake worth $8. If you unlucky you get half the cup or less. They declined to make a new one, or fill his shake a little fuller. So I paid $17.50 and we will never return again. Not a well ran family business.

This is the real deal - homemade, creamy, and delicious with a huge variety of flavors. The vanilla chocolate chip is heavenly. Great service and an overall enjoyable experience. We have tree done in and take out. Highly recommended!!
