If you want to get ripped off please come here. I don’t usually go to this location and for a reason. They have made my order wrong, been super rude almost every time, and now this. Every other location I have been to doesn’t charge extra for substitutions. Whoever I spoke with, didn’t know how to do modifications and proceeded to charge me extra for it.

When explaining it to her (older blonde lady), she proceeded to raise her voice at me and get defensive. Very rude customer service. If you want to be gas lighted by the staff here, go right ahead, but no human deserves to be treated like that.

I also called the location I used to go to all the time and they VERIFIED their practice of charging for substitutions is incorrect. However they aren’t apart of my old store locations district, so shady practices is a thing at the Blaine location I guess/

I ordered doordash this AM, all I can taste is burnt seasonings in my mouth. I’ve never had a twice baked hashbrown show up in the shape of a flat pancake. Overall a complete waste of money. I’m not one who enjoys to complain, but it was a waste of money… I’ve had really good service here coming in at 6:30 in the morning and bringing bagels to the hospital I used to work at. I guess next time I go, I will make sure to not order it and go in person. I will still continue to support them, but hope I get better quality food next time.

Will not be going back. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. Honestly, better than any other fast food breakfast place (McDonald's, Burger, etc). Here's my problem: I ordered a sandwich and the total came to around $7. Would you like to know what my options were for a tip? $1, $2, $3 and $0. $3 on a $7 sandwich?!?!?! Why is that even an option? I'm done with your company.

Really really disappointed… ordered off DoorDash and this was my first time getting this place. I love a good breakfast bagel and this place looked SO promising. But I got let down , mind you the bagel alone was delicious, soft , but why are you guys only putting a half schemer of cream cheese for these big sandwiches ? I don’t know if it’s coming out of the workers checks or what? But what’s a bagel without cream cheese right ? Ugh.

I came here about give or take 39 different times to order the same exact thing and every single time I am charged a different price. Some days it's $25 dollars another day $21 dollars another day it's $28 dollars I even kept the receipt it's crazy, today was my last day the same items came out to $37 dollars 2 turkey sandwich and a drink. The food is great don't get me wrong their price is confusing so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The bagels are amazing and so fresh! Nesi, was very helpful to us at SFLC. I would highly recommend the Vermonter or the Smokehouse brisket bagel. So good, hopefully they will open one closer to me!

I go there and get the same exact thing almost every morning, and at least once every few days something is messed up. the organization is absolutely terrible there and I know I am one of MANY who have experienced this. long wait times, messed up orders and lying about price changes

Great bagels, but why I give it lower stars… seems almost every time we order online- they usually do it wrong or missing items. They need to SLOW DOWN and READ Carefully!!! It’s getting tiring. Do better .

I haven't been here in at least a year. I always really enjoyed it. Today I waited 20 minutes for two bagels with cream cheese, and they did not put enough cream cheese on either. How are you gonna run a bagel shop and give people half a schmear? Both of my bagels were poorly covered and they only put half the normal amount of cream cheese. They weren't busy, they had 5 people on, and it took them 20 minutes to get me this? Look. I still tipped them. I RARELY ever post negative reviews, but this was so disappointing.

Every once in a while on a Friday, I like to have a breakfast treat. My order is very simple; a plain bagel with cream cheese and please DON'T toast it. Three times now it's been toasted. 3 strikes, you're out. I love the bagels it makes me sad. I guess I'll go next door to Perkin's and get a muffin.
