Bruegger's Bagels

I came here about give or take 39 different times to order the same exact thing and every single time I am charged a different price. Some days it's $25 dollars another day $21 dollars another day it's $28 dollars I even kept the receipt it's crazy, today was my last day the same items came out to $37 dollars 2 turkey sandwich and a drink. The food is great don't get me wrong their price is confusing so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The bagels are amazing and so fresh! Nesi, was very helpful to us at SFLC. I would highly recommend the Vermonter or the Smokehouse brisket bagel. So good, hopefully they will open one closer to me!

I go there and get the same exact thing almost every morning, and at least once every few days something is messed up. the organization is absolutely terrible there and I know I am one of MANY who have experienced this. long wait times, messed up orders and lying about price changes

Great bagels, but why I give it lower stars… seems almost every time we order online- they usually do it wrong or missing items. They need to SLOW DOWN and READ Carefully!!! It’s getting tiring. Do better .

I haven't been here in at least a year. I always really enjoyed it. Today I waited 20 minutes for two bagels with cream cheese, and they did not put enough cream cheese on either. How are you gonna run a bagel shop and give people half a schmear? Both of my bagels were poorly covered and they only put half the normal amount of cream cheese. They weren't busy, they had 5 people on, and it took them 20 minutes to get me this? Look. I still tipped them. I RARELY ever post negative reviews, but this was so disappointing.

Every once in a while on a Friday, I like to have a breakfast treat. My order is very simple; a plain bagel with cream cheese and please DON'T toast it. Three times now it's been toasted. 3 strikes, you're out. I love the bagels it makes me sad. I guess I'll go next door to Perkin's and get a muffin.

I’ve been to Bruegger’s Bagels before, but I wanted to leave a review after my recent visit on March 18. The service was exceptional, and I had a great experience. The female staff member who assisted me was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. It’s rare to experience such personalized service, and I really appreciated her going the extra mile to ensure my order was perfect.

My girlfriend, who is from Canada and doesn’t live in Minnesota, always looks forward to coming back to Bruegger’s whenever she visits. She loves the bagels here, and it’s a treat for her to have them during her trips. What really stood out to me during this visit was when I asked for a bag, the staff member immediately stopped what she was doing to make sure I had one. It’s little gestures like this that really make a difference and show how much they care about providing a great customer experience.

Overall, I’m always happy with my visits to Bruegger’s, but this one stood out for the outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it if you’re craving delicious bagels with excellent service!

We ordered an Everything bagel sliced toasted with veggie cream cheese. A very warm and tasty treat.

The customer service at this location is the best. Matt and Emma are always super friendly and make sure the customer is well taken care of!

Every window in the bakery was dirty.They were streaked and unclear. Boxes were stacked up here and there.The sit down area looked messy with boxes. It was unappealing to stand at check out and look out through those dirty windows.The food was delicious the atmosphere was terrible.
