6 staff working, took 15+ minutes to even place an order for two bagels. One person making bagels while other staff appeared available. Very poor customer service and clearly inefficient team (manager)

I hate to complain but I just went through the drive thru and ordered a western sub turkey sausage for the bacon on an Asiago. I got the Asiago but nothing else was correct. I got sausage and deli turkey, cheese and cream cheese. Not even one veggie. Did they just sub veggies for the garden veg cream cheese? I order this all the time at this and other locations, and never had it made so bad. If you don’t have turkey sausage just tell me. I do eat pork so this was very upsetting. This brueggers is far from my house but I wanted the drive thru so I could bring my dog with me for a car ride. I didn’t noticed this mistake until going home. This experience was a one star but I’m giving it a few more because I wonder if this is a training issue and not an actual issue with the store. Public note to self always check your order before leaving.

The food is fine but the wait is horrible. I was in drive thru for 30 minutes. When I got to the window it took another 10 minutes until I got my stuff.

I waited 27 minutes for 3 bagels that was ordered ahead of time. While watching whom looked like two managers/supervisors with collared shirts take 6 orders and serve them before mine.. totally uncool. Also the orders they served were the same bagel orders as mine as if they were giving away to new customers my order . Disappointed and disgusted this from adults I expect the service from kids ... Do NOT order from here!

Customer service here is horrendous. There were 5 people in line this morning waiting to order. I was first in line and had already waited 10 minutes while the sandwich maker spent forever making a sandwich for the previous customer. Then the blonde-haired sandwich maker sees her coworker in line and asked her what she wanted to order first (mind you, she was towards the back of the line). They proceed to fill her order while disregarding everyone else in line. Finally after another 5 minutes of waiting (at the front of the line), that lady finally asked what I wanted to order. She must have had trouble hearing since I had to repeat my order multiple times. Then she told us to head to the register to get rung up. Waited another 5 minutes before someone came to the register to rang us up.Overall, spent a little over 20 minutes in the store just for two bagels. Ugh. I'll go to a different location next time.

They do not wear gloves and frequently touch the food with their bare hands immediately after touching money/equipment. If you get sick from eating here, don’t be surprised!

I’m not thrilled about the interaction I had here yesterday in the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich, pulled up to pay, and noticed the current promotion: buy a $25 gift card, receive an extra $5 and a free bagel with cream cheese. I told the cashier I wanted to get that promo offer. So he grabs another employee to help him ring up my order (you could tell he wasn’t sure what to do), and hands me the gift card and a receipt that has my $5 extra. I figured the free bagel with cream cheese would be a voucher, so I asked “what about the bagel? Do I get some sort of voucher for that?” and the cashier said he wasn’t actually sure so he went and grabbed the other employee again for help. She helps him with ringing it up, and tells me “next time you want to do the promotion you have to tell us what bagel you want so we can ring it up”. I explained to her I wasn’t aware I was supposed to get the bagel right then and there, I thought it was a voucher. She proceeds to give me attitude about it because it needs to go in their system. Maybe educate your employees better on the current promotions? The original employee clearly had no idea what was going on and that’s no reason to give me attitude about how I need to do things ‘next time’ - he should have asked me what bagel I wanted if it wasn’t going to be a voucher for future use. Or have better signage explaining your promotion? It was a sheet of paper someone spent maybe 2 minutes typing up, printing, and slapping on the window. And to top it all off, my sandwich was wrong!

Food is amazing always but if you try to go through the drive thru expect it to take minimum of 20 mins...I've sat in that line before for over 30 mins. Have no idea why.

It was nice to grab a quick bite in the morning, I loved one out of three bagels The rest was ok. The service was slower than expected, but maybe because there were only two employees. The setting area was ok.

I loveeeeee Bruegger's. I can see the guy checking out customers in front of me as I'm waiting in line at the drive thru. I drive up to the window, I see the same guy is making my bagel gloveless, grabs my bagel gloveless, someone hands him a phone- grabs it, proceeds to wipe his face then wipe his hands on his pants, then grabs the eggs again gloveless.. and that's when I left the sandwich I've been craving.
