I experienced poor customer service. After purchasing some drinks, the cup was slippery and slipped open onto the countertop. Instead of being offered a replacement, I was required to pay for another one.

I ordered the Thai boat noodle, egg rolls and the butterfly lemon soda drink. The boat noodle flavor is pretty good but it is not as rich (pig blood) as authentic Thai boat noodle. But to me this is pretty good already as I tried most of the Thai boat noodle around the twin cities. Not too salty like other place that make it hard to drink the soup.

And the amount of meet they give to me is amazing. Seriously for about $15 you can this amount of food for the economy right now is hard to find. This is good for two people to eat together and share. Just in case people like to eat spicy like me, I would suggest don’t put too much chili in yet as their chili is spicy. I eat spicy so I put 3-4 spoon in the soup and couple spoon in the siracha sauce too. You guys should tried little at time so you don’t waste your food cause it is spicy.

The reason I take 1 star cause of the drink. I can’t taste the lemon sourness in the drink. Little disappointed in that. But for sure I will come back for the boat noodle again.

Took my family here after school. The menu was very simple, not a lot of dishes to choose from which was easy for my kiddos to choose. Everything we order was very delicious. The service here was great. Very friendly worker. We would love to dine in again for a quick family meal.

Great food for the location, but lacking in customer priorities. Customers in the restaurant get 1st priority over take out orders. I ordered food ahead and when I came in, it wasnt even ready. Had to come back later... this wasnt the first time either.

Stopped by for dinner and dined in. We got the pho and khao poon. The service was great but the flavor was underwhelming. They are generous with their portions. I just wish there was more fresh herbs and more flavor in the broth. The pho was fine because we can add condiments but the khao poon was bland. Tried a bahn min sandwich too and fo it soggy lacking flavor. I loved that it's family owned though and will definitely be back though to try the other dishes. Service was great.

Food is good. Lacking in Customer service. Needed my water refilled and no one came to check on us after we ordered our food if we needed anything else.

I’ve been here a couple of times. The food is great but the customer service is trash. My first time I went I waited about 30 minutes giving them grace as they seem to be kids working instead. Just to find out they got my order wrong. I tried explaining to the cashier but she didn’t understand that she left and someone new came to help. Which she did help. But I’m just very saddened by how long I waited for them to get my order wrong. The second time I went and dine in hoping it will change my mind about this place. Again just to be disappointed and I really do think they need to give these kids a break. Both times I’ve been and all I see is kids fighting in the back and yet they still have to serve us is very unprofessional. Place needs more professionalism customer service and cleanliness. I understand it’s a family business but do the kids have to work? They don’t look happy at all even serving customers. Nor do I think they are old enough to be working.

Makes a wonderful coconut smoothie that tastes like the real thing! Not like the coconut flavoring that a lot of places use. Also an easy place to get good spring rolls with a peanut sauce that I wish I could make.

When we arrived, we were informed that as a general rule, they do not seat anyone after 7:30 PM, despite their closing time being 8:00 PM. They were extremely busy. The service was decent. The menu is limited. The pho and bun mi sandwich were decent. The boba tea was good. The food tasted okay, although it did not particularly stand out. There were lots of kids working there, and some of them were goofing around, swearing at each other so a bit unprofessional.

I just visited this place this past week. I ordered the Khapoon. I asked the waitress how spicy it was and she said it's spicy to feel it on your tongue but not too spicy, however, for someone like me who never eats spicy, it was too spicy to my liking. Please consider making it less spicy for the customers who never eats spicy; for those who like it spicy, they could always add more sriracha sauce to their bowl or hot peppers. The Khapoon had a nice presentation, was flavorful but very oily; the whole top of my bowl was covered with red oil so as you keep eating it, it becomes quite heavy & spicier, and you can feel it. I had to stop halfway to take it home so I can remove that oil film myself later. I also ordered a Thai papaya but it didn't taste Thai, it was sour and not sweet like it should have been so that sucked; I was not impressed by the papaya and wouldn't order it again. I'm not sure if they messed up the type of papaya that I ordered or if that's just the way their Thai papaya taste. I have yet to try more dishes but I don't want to give up hope on this restaurant yet, I will have to try and go back to try the pho and other dishes.

Got Bahn mi and a gallon of tri color from here. First time at this place.
Bahn mi- no flavor, bread was crunchy, no jalapeños, little meat.
Tri color- didn’t like that they mixed all the cendols and pearls into one bag and then mixed the sugar and coconut into one bag making it uncontrollable for the amount of sugar versus coconut when mixing into the cendols. Bag of cendol were watery. They did have a bag of ice on the side.
