My family stopped for dinner last night. Of all the BWW locations we’ve been to, this is by far the best! Our server was Tyler, and he did a fantastic job!! Very friendly and was quick to attend any needs. The food came quickly and it really hit the spot. Thank you, Tyler!

Very poor experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. I placed a takeout order at 8:15 PM and the app said it would be ready by 8:40 PM. I arrived around 8:50 PM only to find out the food hadn’t even been cooked yet.
When I asked what happened, the staff came up with the excuse that the order “didn’t go through their system.” On top of that, when I asked why there was no communication about the delay, the staff and management said they are not allowed to make outbound calls.
So I ended up standing there another 20–25 minutes waiting for wings that should have already been ready. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the order isn’t even started by the time the customer arrives? Between the lack of communication and excuses, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

They cant even figure out how to put sauce on wings. To be clear there was sauce on them it was just such a pathetic amount it wasnt even capable of leaving a residual on the container which is infinitely more disappointing than if they had just came plain because someone forgot.

Placed an order on the website for delivery. When the food arrived, I was missing an item, I called the store and let them know, spoke with manager Haris and asked if I could come pick up what was missing, He claimed he couldn't find my order and told me to come pick it up and it'll be ready when I arrive, when I got there, The gentleman in the front was very nice, let me know they are working on it... I waited 45minutes just for him to tell me the manager did not put my order in... After a whole hour of waiting, I was handed the WRONG food item and the manager Haris snatched the bag back, no apology, came back a few minutes later with my order. RIDICULOUS! NO REFUND GIVEN, NO APOLOGY GIVEN. DO BETTER!

Brought the food home to a bit of a disappointment. The fries portion was small, cold, and soggy, not fresh. The wings were ordered were small, cold and had little sauce on them. I’ll probably never order from this location again as I’ve had better elsewhere. Save your money!

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings at this location on Sunday afternoon with a party of eight. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we waited to be seated and were initially asked to split up. After finally being seated together, we were told our server would be with us shortly, but no one came. After waiting over ten minutes with no service, we left. Very poor customer service.

If you're planning on a pick up/delivery, use a delivery app so you can atleast get some money back when they mess up your order.
I deliver with DoorDash and had 2 orders of wings and burgers to pick up last night. My delivery pick up was for 5 minutes after I arrived and was told it was still being made. After waiting there for 50 minutes I finally received the orders, it shouldn’t matter how busy they were tonight there is no reason for having to wait 50 minutes for food!

I placed a take out order for pick up and when I got home.. realized that I was missing half of my wings. Totally ruined my mood and when I went back to pick it up, there was no apologies at all from the cashier. A simple “Here you go.” I don’t ever write reviews, but this really just annoyed me. Please do better.

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers for my kiddos & tacos for myself. Burgers were to be no mayo. Said so on receipt & had a sticker indicator on boxes. All burgers had Mayo. A nice amount of it too. The tacos were so salty, I couldn't eat them. I had my husband and children all take a bite to see if it was just me & everyone agreed that they were not edible due to the salt. 5 meals of the 7 I ordered in the trash.
Did a survey and no one reached out for further info. Wasn't worth hassle of driving back up there.
On the plus side, they got all of our sides & sauces correct.
*adding... I did fill out survey the person who responded added. And have not gotten a single phone call or email back in regards to any of it. So, that led to 0 resolution.
