My wife and I decided we didn’t want to cook lunch today and that we’d DoorDash some BK. Everything was fine on DoorDashes part. But BK got our entire order wrong. We ordered 2 double whoppers with no tomato add cheese which didn’t have cheese and had tomatoes. We ordered a cheeseburger for my little 4 year old daughter which they forgot entirely. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with no mayo or lettuce add cheese for my other daughter and guess what? It didn’t have cheese and had lettuce and mayo on it. You guys obviously do not care enough about what you’re doing. So my 2 daughters wouldn’t eat their food. This is unacceptable. Do your job.

This place always messes up orders order a double cheeseburger meal and a double bacon cheeseburger meal got regular burgers paid for 3 ranch didn’t receive it the service just isn’t it and it’s every single time I go there!!! And gosh forbid someone answer the phone to correct the issue they need to do better at this location

Most nasty dirty place, One of the Spanish-speaking guys be locking the door going to the trashcan. I wonder what’s going on in there.They all barely know english I can just imagine whoever the GM Is to just be sitting in the back doing nothing but bare minimum. I won’t be surprised if she barely knows english too, Bathrooms are dirty I wonder how the workers use the bathroom in that condition. I no longer come here or spend my money here because it’s just so dirty and if I’m desperate to get Burger King I’d rather go somewhere That has better customer service And take care of the store

I came into the burger king and asked for my double whopper to be dropped fresh off the broiler.Instead, I received whopper fresh from the microwave. It was so microwaved that the bottom bun changed color! When I brought the burger back, I was met with attitude and lies. The woman manager there claimed that Burger King always microwaves their buns with their meat. That is simply not true. Fresh off the broiler means fresh off the broiler, not fresh off the microwave plate. I waited another 10 minutes to get my sandwich remade for them to give me 2 dried out patties that they microwaved. I will never come back to this Burger King! I will literally drive out of my way to go to the Burger King on University and 57th before I ever set foot in this godforsaken place again.!

Food and service both served cold. You can be the only customer in the restaurant and still wait over 10 minutes to be served or even acknowledge. Just to get food that’s old & cold.

The absolute worst fast food service I have ever received. Walked into the restaurant and ordered food and processed to wait 25-30 minutes for my food when it was not busy at all. I feel absolutely horrible for the doordash guy who sat there and waited with me. He lost money for orders that where generally easy and very close to the restaurant. His order was wrong and my order was wrong as well. Had 3 + groups of customers walk out before ordering there food. I would have done the same if I had not already paid for my food. Absolutely avoid this bk. It is not worth your time . This is coming from a generally passive person who normally would not care about these sorts of things.

For the past several months, the staff have gotten most orders wrong, always insist you park up front during a drive-thru even when no one else is present, and have difficulties understanding or clarifying ordered food. My most recent trip I almost walked inside because I'd been waiting for 21 minutes. When I drove the couple minutes home my food was cold and one burger was completely wrong. I'll definitely find any excuse to go elsewhere now.
