I feel at ease going to Caribou. Everything about their establishments puts me at ease. Great products, service and environment. A great local treat!

Went in for something cold and not a clue of what. The person helping me asked for a few things I liked and I walked out with a drink I never would have ordered on my own. It was perfect. Green tea and a shot of blue Raspberry. It honestly was a treat. Thanks for a new experience and the personal ability you gave to me.

Great service provided today by employee Zach. He was cordial and professional and treated us as valued guests. Our drinks and pastries were delicious. This was my first visit to this location and would definitely go back next time I am in the area.

20mins to get a simple drink and several people served after I placed my order. Will never come back. Thank god I didn’t tip because it took them forever to even greet me. Tips should be optional AFTER a drink is made and served and this is exactly why. Or how about this, pay your employees better instead of making a customer pay the wages of your employees.

It was my very first visit to anywhere like this and it was to simply purchase a gift card for someone and of course once I walked in their wonderful kitchen, well ya know eh, I was hooked and loved it!👍✌️🤟💪 LOVE

Good Ole Caribou! Went here to study with my friend and too get yummy treats. Mission successful! The Lavender matcha is sooo good amd I look forward to it every spring! Also the matcha was really well blended! Shout-out to whoever was working that night!

Love our Saturday morning after boot camp coffee and social hour!!! The staff has stepped up to having a lot of table ready for us and today they had some of our purchases ready and waiting on the table!

We have meetings there. The staff takes care of us well, we really do appreciate them. I wish the prices were a little bit lower. But I'm very happy to go there.

I normally get water with ice from Caribou Coffees in general occasionally. This was literally my 1st time in my life ever going to this Caribou Coffee and I innocently asked for water with ice, something I've done without issue at every Caribou Coffee I've ever been to.

When I go to the window to pick up my water with ice a worker wearing a red shirt with a beard starts gruffly raising his voice rebuking me harshly over ordering water with ice at the Drive Thru, and rather than just politely informing me that it's hard for employees to use drive thrus for water with ice he starts being rude, mean and aggressive almost yelling at me for something as innocent as ordering water with ice from a drive thru, something I've done at almost every Caribou Coffee without issue.

1st time at this location and never going back. Easily the worst customer service experience ever in my life.
