We have meetings there. The staff takes care of us well, we really do appreciate them. I wish the prices were a little bit lower. But I'm very happy to go there.

I normally get water with ice from Caribou Coffees in general occasionally. This was literally my 1st time in my life ever going to this Caribou Coffee and I innocently asked for water with ice, something I've done without issue at every Caribou Coffee I've ever been to.
When I go to the window to pick up my water with ice a worker wearing a red shirt with a beard starts gruffly raising his voice rebuking me harshly over ordering water with ice at the Drive Thru, and rather than just politely informing me that it's hard for employees to use drive thrus for water with ice he starts being rude, mean and aggressive almost yelling at me for something as innocent as ordering water with ice from a drive thru, something I've done at almost every Caribou Coffee without issue.
1st time at this location and never going back. Easily the worst customer service experience ever in my life.

Good location to get coffee. Nice and fast, and very tasty. Coffee prices are insane these days, but if you want to spend six dollars on something tasty, this one is a good one.

Ordered a coffee of the day. Stood there for 5 minutes watching them sit on their phones in the back. When they came up they didn't even greet me and started making drinks on the bar. Still waiting for my drink.
The atmosphere was warm and friendly and the older woman at the register was very kind and patient with all of the patrons. She helped me pick out the Christmas blend coffee pods that I had not tried in the past but absolutely love. I don’t normally try coffee pods that I haven’t gotten a recommendation about and she was spot on! 10/10 recommend!

Everyone at this store has the best attitude! I especially love the store manager Sean, he remembers everyone in my family's name and really just makes our day each time we come through the drive through. Thank you all for being awesome!
