Once again another drink rate to the trash. I have problems with white chocolate. I clearly say it when ordering it says it on the computer but my drink is still very much made with white chocolate. Its to the point. This company.needs to refund me 3 to 400 for the year. I get trying to be quick but you need to be more accurate. Or you will make ppl sick.... Just a thought

Got two coffee’s one dark mocha the other a hoho Mint mocha. Both tasted watery, barely any coffee flavor, and chocolate flavor. Not a strong scent of mint in the mint mocha and the dark mocha tasted bare. The service was friendly but the drinks weren’t good… I don’t know if the expresso machines had beans refilled in them or not but tasted like the shots were watery. ☹️

There is a girl named Megan who is very wonderful and she makes drinks in a professional way. My favorite drink is dark chocolate mocha. I have been to more than one branch of Caribou and no one makes it for me the way I want, but Megan did it exactly the way I want... so I never hesitate to order my favorite drink from this branch, Caribou Cafe.

Workers were nice but both our drinks were SO bad and burnt, and my syrup was clumpy and sunk to the bottom. I also asked for oat milk and I’m pretty sure that’s not what I was given. Could not even finish it. My sandwhich was also burnt. So disappointed for the $30 we paid!!!!

Stellar customer service!!! Very friendly and sweet and smart barista’s. One even knew the price of my drink by heart QUITE IMPRESSED!! Highly recommend this one over others.
