I go here alot I order the same thing and request a extra shot of expresso. Same days I get what I asked for and some i don't. I love the employees that go the extra mile if it's not correct and also appreciate it. I have had 2 not so good encounters over all and was extremely disappointed. Most of the staff are wonderful. I go out of my way to go to THIS Caribou whenever it’s feasible. It’s always nice and clean, the people are nice, etc. Steve (drive through guy) is a riot.
My only complaint is that your nitro machine goes down like once a month (what the heck!)!

Staff here is really friendly and drinks and food are reliable and good. My biggest issue is with the inside cashier - constantly trying the up-sell. Its exhausting and ruins the experience every time.
