I regular caribu. My boyfriend paid as I was in the passenger seat, didn’t tip, and worker made snide comment “oh sweet”
I ordered a chocolate croissant, they didn’t warm it up ( it has always been warmed up at other locations)
My iced shaken expresso did not get the cold foam I ordered
And my daughter’s cookies and cream was extremely runny.
I also work in customer service and tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
Pretty sad that because of not getting a $1 tip everything in my order was purposely made wrong

Always a little bit busy. But it's because the Coffee is the best Around. I ordered online and mistakenly got another task to quickly finish. Ended up taking A lot longer than expected. Oops. My fault. But order was ready right away. Iced drink was mostly melted my fault but it was still awesome. The gals are always a pleasure to deal with.
