For the love of god can you please just get our orders correct one time? We work at a small local clinic and we had to stop using door dash to get our orders because the amount of times this location didn't get out orders correct became ridiculous! We now have to have one of us drive there to get our food so that we can place the order in person and physically check the bags before we leave so that we can ask for our missing items. Today was the same as all of our previous times where I have to drive there and when I checked the bags we were missing some of our food and all of the sauces. The amount of times we've received our salad without the dressing is absurd! It never used to be this way but something has definitely changed. We love chick fil a but this location has to get their you know what together.

Always consistently good.Cookies and cream shake is the bomb. Chicken tenders always taste great. The workers always friendly and polite. There is always long line for the drive through,but they are so nice I don't mind the wait because I know it's always good always correct.

The employees at this location were absolutely wonderful! They were so friendly and we even had a good conversation. We dined in and ate our dinner, which was delicious, and then I went back to the counter to purchase a frosted coffee. To my surprise, an employee paid for it!I would absolutely recommend this location again!

I was really disappointed here. My first time ever at a Chick-fil-A...so I was excited to try something new to me. My sandwich probably was delicious in the beginning however when I received it it was very cold & mushy. Everything was cold. Probably because we recieved it all in like the second after ordering it. I thought was made fresh to order?? Was no way ...not that fast and for how cold it was. Plus the first 2 drink choices I asked for werent available because they ran out of ? it? There was only 4 other people there at lunchtime ?? Everything was clean though and mask friendly. 2⭐

This place is a lot better than I ever expected really, the food is amazing and the service? I dont think anyone working has been so kind and energetic towards me since 2018. I found a new favorite place to get chicken thats for sure. You guys ever move to beef? Give me a call, I want better burgers than what I've tasted before!

Chick is pretty awesome. Although there is a very finite menu the food here is usually pretty good. Sometimes the food is double dipped in the greaser, which is not a good thing. The soda here is probably the best part of the whole meal. it blends in real well with the food you are eating. Staff is very friendly at the Riverdale location. Chick fil a is awesome.

went through the drive through and see that they charge me for 3 drinks when i wanted only 2 and then they gave us brownies that were not done all the way, i parked to eat and find out my mac and cheese is missing and went back to get it Chickfila get your sh!t together you lost me as a customer

We brought a bus load of hungry basketball players in when they were not too far from closing and had already started some cleanup. They were very good to us and we all got filled up on yummy food for the long bus ride home!

Okay chicken sandwhich yet blah tasting, no mayo or lettuce, just two little thin pickle slices. However I tried their dipping sauce which tasted like yum yum sauce. I also had some waffle fries which were okay, I think they would have tasted better with a little salt! The lemonade was delicious!

Waited 30 plus mins for a curbside order on a Friday. Went inside to cancel it because I couldn’t wait any longer and he couldn’t refund me. He said he would later and call me. By Monday morning no refund and no call. So I called and was told I need to come back in for a refund. Made a special trip 20 mins one way to get my $30 returned. Chase the shift manger was there who I dealt with Friday and he told me I didn’t need to come back in and refund the wrong person. No apology for the inconvenience and he was rude. Ordered my daughter a kid meal when I was there and they messed it up. I asked for it to be fixed and he was so rude. Terrible shift manger, was rude to customers and the staff around him. Called cooperate and was told some from the store would call me within two days. Four days later and no call. Skip this location and go to riverdale!

Food portions are generous and taste wonderful! Workers are always so courteous, and we rarely have to wait too long to get our food no matter how big lines are. We tried the Peppermint Chip Milkshake, it's a MUST.

This location consistently screws up orders and has genuinely terrible customer service. They forget items and then when you ask them to fix it, they forget something else yet. The food is decent, but if you have the ability to go to a different location you should do that instead.
