I went to chick fil a for breakfast before going to work I asked the lady if the breakfast menu was going on because it was flipped to the regular menu while i was in drive through she said than said no it ended last week which was weird so i ordered the number 3 which is the nuggets and i said the 8 count I paid my food i got to work and i got the wrong order I got a spicy biscuit and hash browns which im still confused about because hash browns are using only breakfast time not very happy with what I had to deal with today!! I couldn’t even enjoy my meal.

I love coming here. I usually go through the drive thru and I know they will always be quick and get my order right. The mobile ordering ahead helps too and sometimes they give me a free sandwich to the Northtown Chick-Fil-A just for being loyal and ordering from that location. I know I can always count on the Northtown location to come through for my family.

I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A that I absolutely had to leave a review! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, welcoming, and exceptionally well cared for. The dining area was spotless and decorated beautifully. The fresh flowers on each table added such a nice touch—simple, but it made the whole place feel brighter and more inviting. Our wonderful cashier Aidan was incredible. He was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made sure we understood all the options, offered suggestions, and checked that everything was correct before we paid. It’s refreshing to come across someone who truly enjoys their job and makes the customer feel appreciated. While we were eating, I noticed two employees moving around the dining room, cleaning efficiently and constantly. They weren’t just doing the bare minimum—these guys were really paying attention to detail, wiping down tables the second someone left, sweeping, and making sure every corner stayed clean. Their work kept the entire restaurant looking immaculate. I also loved the motion-detected garbage cans. It’s such a small detail, but it makes throwing things away easier and more sanitary, especially in a busy place. It’s clear that this location puts thought into creating a clean and hygienic environment for everyone. Even the bathrooms were spotless—honestly, some of the cleanest I’ve seen in a fast-food restaurant. They smelled clean, looked fresh, and had everything restocked. It’s the kind of thing you don’t always notice unless it’s bad, but here it definitely stood out in the best way. Overall, this Chick-fil-A went above and beyond in every category—service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and comfort. It was one of the best visits I’ve ever had to any fast-food restaurant. I truly can’t recommend this location enough!

Saw one of the Chick-fil-A workers just straight up pick her nose and went back to handling drinks. And I waited for my doordash order since I doordash for a living and waited and watched another worker help people who just came in while I was already there waiting to get helped.

The customer service here is terrible. Every single chic fil a I’ve been too the workers are extremely kind, helpful, and have a nice smile … this location. No. I had a bad experience here before but figured I’d give it an another try. We ordered 3 chicken sandwhiches and nuggets, we were not asked for what sauce for the nuggets, it was very short after ordering an item, just “ok”. Better off going to McDonald’s
