Saw one of the Chick-fil-A workers just straight up pick her nose and went back to handling drinks. And I waited for my doordash order since I doordash for a living and waited and watched another worker help people who just came in while I was already there waiting to get helped.

The customer service here is terrible. Every single chic fil a I’ve been too the workers are extremely kind, helpful, and have a nice smile … this location. No. I had a bad experience here before but figured I’d give it an another try. We ordered 3 chicken sandwhiches and nuggets, we were not asked for what sauce for the nuggets, it was very short after ordering an item, just “ok”. Better off going to McDonald’s

I have only been to this restaurant once so I thought I would try it a second time. I went to the drive through ordered 2 spicy chicken meals with no pickles and one regular chicken sandwich on the side. I clearly stated please no pickles because my family won’t eat them, I even left them off my sandwich to keep things easy. When I arrived at the first booth to pay the employee read back my order with extra pickles, I said oh oh it was to be no pickles as my family does not like them, she was very kind and corrected the order. I arrived at the pickup window, I asked about the pickles the kind employee stated my order no pickles. I get home and all three sandwiches had guess what…. PICKLES. 😥

Updating my review because Im disappointed they changed the kids eat free Tuesdays to lunch time only while all the kids are at school! Kids loved going for free kids meals and bingo before they changed it. They are a chain so not the location fault they are super expensive but it is this location that chose to stop kids eat free Tuesday evenings.
They scammed me out of 18 dollars said they was going to fix my bad experience never sent the coupons and I had to call again for them to have attitude and not help me again don’t do business with them at all they scam customers
They can take their supposed all white chicken meat and shove it along with the worst service ever. I also love the few pieces of egg I paid twice the amount for

I have had numerous less than ideal experiences at this location, but am deciding to share this recent one because of their lackluster attempt to correct their mistake.
I ordered grilled nuggets along with a kids grilled nugget meal. When I got to the window, they informed me they (somehow) did not have any grilled nuggets. After I paid, I realized that they still charged me for grilled nuggets despite giving me regular ones, so I asked them to refund the gift card I used so they can charge me for the correct items. The person working at the window did not know how to do this, and instead of asking for assistance, just decided to say he could not do it.
So I now arrive home, only to discover that the entree of the nuggets, the largest item I ordered, was missing. All in, I paid $18 for a regular nugget kids meal and a 70% full large fry.
After waiting 2 weeks, they decided not to refund me, but give me rewards for the items that were missing and overcharged for, even though I had to go and purchase another meal because they forgot an entire entree.
I am not sure what it is with this location, but they earn the title for the worst Chick-fil-a in the Twin Cities metro area easily. Please go to Arden Hills, or literally any other location.
