This specific location has a very horrible habit of having no one up front.. the way it's built makes it so they cannot see who is in the lobby horrible design .. no other locations have this problem..

Very short drive thru time. Unbelievable staff, above expectations for politeness and friendliness. I'm a relative noob to Chick-fil-A, so I picked up a couple different things. Found I didn't really like some of my selection, but that's (mostly) my fault not theirs.
Staff is extremely rude, constantly forgets to put ordered food in with your order and when you go back to get the food they forgot they’ll act like it’s your fault

Love Chick Fil-A but this location sucks. Always forgetting items, this time when I came back for items i paid for & didn’t get, they were rude & short with me and did not apologize. The manager just looked at me & rolled her eyes. very unprofessional.
I love the food. The chicken nuggets and the Mac& cheese is very very good. The garbage things are motion censored and it compacts it too.

Food was very fresh and tasty. Only reason i gave 4 stars for service was because there seemed to only be like 3 employees working. Our car, along with the car infront had to wait even though nobody else was behind us and there couldn't have been more than a few people eating in lobby.
Not staffs fault at all, they were awesome. Chick fil a, give your employees some more help. Theyre busting their A off with like half of a crew

7/27 order 2770 EVERY SINGLE TIME we drive through with kids - HOW complicated is it to fill an order?? We paid extra for fruit cup went through and found it missing when driving back - white guy asks the same STUPID question of ‘you want fruit cup’ and gives a have a nice day attitude . TRAIN or fire them . ZERO VALUE for mobile if I have to get back in line to correct an order which should have been correct in first plavf
