I love this place, The staff is amazingly friendly and always a great atmosphere. I visit this restaurant every Monday after work. Tiffany and Marsheen ( pardon my spelling ) are the world best servers. Love this place

My wife and I stopped in. We were sat down by a young lady. We then were never approached again for 15 mintues at least. Her and 2 other workers were sitting behind us supposedly on break? Not a care about what was going on around them. We're not too sure what they were doing. She was sitting on a chair in the middle of the isle so we couldnt get our baby stroller through. So we never even got drinks started. And in all bad workers and experience.

Would have been a 5 if it wasn't for the long wait time, chilies really needs to get a reservation thing going. Would help with crowd control Texas road house for for instance lets u check in on an app and even tells you Waits times.

Service was amazing and atmosphere was fine. The food was very good, however I was disappointed with the, in my opinion, terribly small portion size for a $16 salad. Maybe my expectations were too high based on the picture in the menu, but I probably could have eaten at least two of the salads at that size.

Honestly, been here many times over the years and have never had such stellar service as we did today. We came from across the street at the funeral home as 4 sisters, who just lost our mother. Tiffanie was our server, greeter and went way above & beyond to recognize what we were going through before we could even say anything. She literally read the room but felt the grief! She has experienced too much loss recently as well but we 100% needed each other. She rock starred everything. We celebrated and wanted to get our mother her infamous glass of Cab... we didn't even have to pay for it. Which honestly, wasn't even the point, but she took care of it. She brought chips, salsa, queso dip just so we didn't have to make any decisions right away. We are a customer service oriented family so, for us this was HUGE! The amount of disbelief, shock that people still care like she did, is rare nowadays! Please honor that lady. Please reward her for CARING and being right where she was supposed to be for US and mom! Thank you Tiffanie! Thank you Chili's!! #teammom
