Smallest burrito I had ever from a chipotle. I have been a customer for at least 8 years never seen anything like the portions they give at this place. I don’t feel like it it’s worth the money at this one.

Service is horrible at this location. I asked for both types of rice and the thing at the counter said it isn’t possible. Asked for more hot sauce and wouldn’t give it to me. Chicken was a bit dry, would NOT recommend this location.

The food was pretty good, but very pricey. The employees were also very stingy on protein and barely gave any.

When ordering I asked for a small "touch" of hot sauce. The lady working the station added a full scoop. I should have asked to have them make it again but I thought it couldn't be that bad. I was only able to eat a small portion suit to it being so hot "spicy"

They loaded up our bowls on the inside. I've never had a better experience at a chipotle. They seemed to be a bit busy and still were able to help us quickly.

Went in this evening around 6:45 p.m. to get a chicken bowl and chicken burrito. Once I got home I realized there was no chicken in the bowl. No big deal, it happens. I called the store and the manager (I think he was the shift manager; young brown haired guy with glasses) was super nice. He told me to come back and I could get a replacement bowl and whatever else I needed. He was a class act. I’m a little concerned about one of his employees though.
Once I got back to the restaurant I told the young man starting the food line that my bowl didn't have chicken and the manager told me via phone I could grab a replacement. I also brought the original bowl and the receipt. He looked a bit mad and said he could get me some chicken on the side and I calmly requested to get a fresh bowl instead. This poor guy bulged his eyes and got this look on his face like I had seriously insulted him and went to the back. It was very confusing. The woman waiting in front of me turned to me and said “Don’t worry. You didn’t do anything wrong.” I must have looked pretty shocked. I replied “I worked in food service for years. It’s no big deal. Things happen.”
The manager came out about 30 seconds later and made up my bowl for me and again was super nice. “Oh yeah, no problem. You just called earlier 🙂.” Just a really professional guy. Not sure what was going on with that young employee though. I would understand his reaction if someone had yelled at him or something, but I definitely didn’t. It was kind of a disappointing experience (aside from the super kind manager).

This location never fails! I have a chipotle a few minutes away from my house and I purposely go out of my way to this location because it is so much better! Orders have always been correct, food good, service great.

Got my kids a quesadilla. Tortillas were crap and came with no cheese. Horrible chipotle location. STAY AWAY. I never have a good experience with this place. Stick to food trucks or authentic Mexican restaurants

Round 2 a this chipotle messed up orders for online they short youbon everything if you aren't watching them in person
