Food is good as always but for some odd reason today was non verbal customer service. I'm sure it had something to do with the horrible weather outside so can't fault the workers, just note to anyone, if you decide to work in the summer service industry, try to do your best and give grace to all of your customers no matter to situation.

Very disappointed in this location, I love chipotle because of the macros and it aligns with my fitness. The only problem is the service, long faced, unhappy, no energy associates who are supposed to meet our needs instead make a simple order a problem. For one it’s the energy and for two the portioning, getting 1 oz of guacamole and getting up charged a lot, then when I ask for an actual serving I get attitude and eyes rolled at. AND SHE COULDNT EVEN WRAP MY BURRITO

I was double charged for my order. I had a discount (Halloween) but they charged me full price. Got the manager and they charged me the $6 discount but never refunded the full price burrito. Watch your receipt carefully. edit - they did eventually refund my money but it took awhile so I'm upgrading them to 3 stars. I would have still been overcharged if I hadn't noticed it.

wow the men here especially are especially not nice people especially the big asian man who honestly HAS A TERRIBLE ATTUIDE im litterly pregnet didnt even give me a good portion of chicken !!! I tried to explain but I just kept quit him n that white boy with the odd just beer hair cut NOT NICE PEOPLE!!! they dont know how to treat people seemed like bullies MEAN SPIRITED PEOPLE n horrible energy I wont ever come back I seen 13 dollars!!! to be treated like GARBAGE

If you can make it to any other Chipotle, I’d suggest you go there because you’ll probably be happier with your experience. I’ve been to this one at Northtown several times and it keeps getting worse. After today I figured it’s time to write a review and hope things get better down the road because I’m not coming back to this one for a while. This Chipotle js really poorly run. Just walking in, it’s impossible to not notice all the trash littered everywhere in the parking lot. The staff generally act like customers are an imposition. Rarely do they have all the toppings on the menu cooked and ready to serve. I’ve been to a lot of chipotles over the years so I kind of have an idea of what the staff is supposed to be doing to keep the restaurant performing well. And at this one you’ve got the staff standing chatting with each other joking around. The music is also usually pretty loud in the kitchen making it a party atmosphere for the staff. All in all, Im happy to drive a lil further to go to a different chipotle when I want a burrito. Get better Northtown Chipotle!!

Food was awful. I feel like I got ripped off tonight. The carne asada steak was so awfully dry, it was inedible and it was such a tiny portion too. For the upgraded price this was such a huge letdown. Come on. My girlfriend’s food was overly salty and it was a tiny portion too. We both ate less than half our meals and trashed it. I expect fresh food from chipotle. I definitely will go out of my way from now on to go to another location if at all. Get it together or just close down.
