The Food was good and the employees were super nice! The only thing wrong was how dirty the restaurant was. The floor and tables were dirty but the worst were the doors and windows. the smudges and dirt that were in the windows

This Chipotle is very stingy. Asked for another scoop of rice on the burritos and got charged for extra rice on both. Not a clean table in the place. Dirty yuck!

I’m honestly starting to think everyone working at this location creates or gives you the wrong order on purpose. This is not a location to order with the app. I’ve tried this location a few times and now drive further away to the one on Batlimore because it’s far superior. I just tried it again after about a year and my husband got someone else’s order. Classic.

Overall experience was terrible. We visited at about 7:00pm and had a elderly gentleman in front of us who wanted a quesadilla, and the worker refused to make it for him, claiming it was “online only” which is probably true but come on, seriously. The worker should also know that an elderly man wouldn’t be ordering on the app, and just serve your guest. Then when it came to my meal, I ordered a kid’s meal quesadilla, of which they wanted me to pay extra to give my lettuce on the side, when it’s free… I then in turn ordered a bowl on top of that with the sole purpose of getting lettuce. This whole experience was just ridiculous like come one retain your customers and encourage them to recommend other people to your location. And the food was overall dry and the rice was not cooked.

I went to the restaurant to take 3 meals and there I saw an exaggeration in the prices, although I went to the other branch and they gave me the meals at a cheap price with the same specifications because I refused to take the meals because of the prices and other than that the workers do not give the meals their rights
This place consistently misses on all levels. The food from the chipotle lane looks like a toddler tossed it into a bag. Highly recommend everyone to just drive down to the Baltimore location if you’re feeling for some

In-store is fine, although the food is underseasoned or overcooked sometimes. The express is a joke. I ordered about a month ago, and all the food portions were half sized, and the meat was awful. Full of the fatty bits and tough gristle cuts. I thought maybe it was a fluke once, but last night, I ordered express again and the same results plus missing items. My husband's burrito was smaller than my hand! When we order instore it's never this small. When I was talking with customer service (im assuming a bot), I couldn't fully list my complaint, and when I asked for a refund and they offered a free meal and refused to chat anymore... I'm extremely disappointed. Skip the express.
