I’m getting really tired of paying for nothing. Every time I go thru this chipotle, something is wrong. A few weeks ago I got someone else’s entire order (in the bag labeled mine), other times like today, the portions are so small it’s almost nothing but rice. Pay for extra of things to get less than a full portion size. Second time now too that the red chimi sauce was spilled because it wasn’t closed properly and it soaked thru the bag & on the seat of my car. Go to Andover, save yourself the headache of this location. At least I got a free drink for not even getting half of what I paid for. 😑

I'm usually not one to complain but Chipotle doesn't allow you to contact a live person on their app.
Let me preface my review with this. This is my go to Chipotle and 99.9% of times I always eat in. And I always order the exact same thing. Service and quality are usually very good.
This time, I had to order thru the Chipotle lane and knew it was a gamble doing so because they always screw you on portions.
Yet I did it anyway, and even tipped to try and ensure I got what I ordered and paid for, burrito, double meat, etc rice etc.
Got the burrito home and when I say this burrito could have been called a veggie, I'm not over-exaggerating. When a burrito with double meat costs almost as much as a case of beer, id expect it to be better then what it was.
I confirmed my hunch and now know, no matter what never use the Chipotle lane. I should have wrapped it back up and walked right back in and had them refund or remake it, but the baby wasn't allowing that.
Beware for yourself and never use the Chipotle lane unless you want to be left hungry and without protein.

Honestly I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Their food is fresh, staff efficient, shout out to the manager who is very involved and knows how to run a restaurant. This is one of the few chipotle locations we can go to and trust its consistency, quality and taste. Oh and rarely have we ever had to wait long for food.

I just ordered in-store, paid for my food, drove all the way home, and guess what? The burrito bowl with the tortilla on the side is completely missing from the bag! GONE!
Your staff literally rings up the order and places the food in the bag right in front of the customer! What am I paying you for if I have to stand there and double-check every single item? The expectation is that you perform the most basic part of your job correctly!
This isn't just a simple mistake—I can accept a small error—but a WHOLE MEAL missing from the bag? COME ON! This shows a staggering lack of attention, and frankly, I have to ask: Does the customer need to do your job for you?!
It has completely wasted my time, not to mention now I have one person in our family (me) that doesn’t get to eat tonight. Is it that hard to ask for the bare minimum? I absolutely did not get which is unacceptable.
BOGO deal or not, it’s the principle of the matter.

Awesome food! Terrible maintenance on the parking lot and drive through!!!! I believe they never have the parking lot, drive through or sidewalks sholved or plowed. Witnessed a young man fall down. Do you not care about your customers.
Disgusting. Ordered a pick up order and found hair in my bowl. It was a thick long strand of hair I pulled out of my mouth.

Ordered a delivery paid for double chicken and extra rice and got the smallest bowl I’ve ever seen and barely any rice also go chips and salsa and gave me about a 1/4 cup of salsa

Blonde hair mexican lady charged me extra for an extra scoop of rice?!?! Chipotle has never charged extra for rice unless it’s a side. I don’t know what kinda of power trip she was on, but when you add extra rice on the app it doesn’t charge me $2 for an extra half scoop like she did. Very disappointed in that worker. The blonde white girl at register was very nice though!
