Yikes. Depressing place. Only went here because we got an invitation to a birthday party being held there. Save your money and time if you're thinking about going there for any reason. There are much better options out there for the kiddos.

We did a combined party for our 4 and 2 year old, and it was fantastic. We had some last-minute changes to our group numbers and orders (it was a huge group), and the staff was super friendly and helpful the whole time. They never made us feel like we were a burden at all, and they just really went the extra mile to help make it a great experience for everyone. We will definitely be going back!

We hosted a birthday party here and we had the best experience! Everything was perfectly organized, the building was CLEAN and the staff were beyond friendly. Michelle helped host our party and she was wonderful! Everyone had a blast, including parents. I would highly recommend hosting a party here!

The young girls at the counter were great, super helpful super nice. But the lines were so long and they seemed overworked. Also, a lot of the arcade machines just stole my son’s points without letting him play. And someone NEEDS to fix that sketch a picture machine and the skii ball. Most importantly, to whoever was in the mouse costume, quit your job if you don’t want to be there. You’re working in a place that’s supposed to bring kids joy, and when my 5 year old boy ran up so excited and smiley to see you and say hi you ignored him. Broke his little heart. BRING BACK THE OLD MOUSE!

Facility reeked of marijuana both inside and out. Not very appealing for a kids birthday facility or even a facility a lot of kids attend to. One of the workers had a poor demeanor and we weren’t told it’s time to clean up our party until the second they needed it cleaned. Was rushed to get out.

The staff are so patient and welcoming! The woman running the playground was so good with the kids. The girl running the prize area was really helpful and kind to my kids while they considered their choices. The young man at the front was very friendly and patient while I kept coming back for multiple orders. Two thumbs up!

I absolutely hate this place. The place is dirty. There’s boogers on the playground. The machines look like they have been in the dumpster and they reuse their pizza and the Coke machines are disgusting. They don’t even taste like pop. would not recommend this place. I took my kid here and once we got back to the house, he complained that he was sick so he took him into the hospital and he had food poisoning and I’m assuming that it was probably because of the pizza.

Loved my visit. A friend had a birthday party going on. They staff was very helpful and the food was fresh, the salad bar was clean with good selection of veggies 😋. Would definitely recommend for kids to let off some energy. Will definitely return!
