Came for a birthday party and it was extremely hot inside. I noticed that the thermostat was reading 81F. I asked the employee if they could turn on the AC and they said that they don’t have the code to change the temp. We had grandparents with health conditions and kids complaining about the heat the entire time. It was a miserable experience.

We were so excited to come in & celebate my nieces 3rd birthday! Unfortunately we were met with staff who was unresponsive in the rudest way. the only time someone actually spoke to us was to tell us our total for our meal. No welcome at the door, no response to our questions, or our manners. A simple “welcome to chuck e. cheese”, “you’re welcome”, or “happy birthday” would’ve gone so far! We also left a phone behind while packing up our toys to bring to the car - and instead of being honest, the staff was deceitful and tried to withhold the phone from us. we placed many phone calls and each call was declined by the staff member who had the phone. When the situation was finally confronted - it was like it was a problem we were asking for OUR belongings back.With kids birthday parties being so expensive now a days, i will gladly take my business elsewhere! I highly encourage anyone looking for a fun time to book literally anywhere that is not the Blaine Chuck E. cheese!

Unfortunately, the manager here was extremely unprofessional, was not equipped to solve problems nor did she attempt to.She had an inexperienced clerk at the front desk, who was just trying to survive. I waited 30 minutes to try to purchase a ticket, and when the sales associate asked for help, she dismissed her and told her she was too busy with other things as I continue to wait..I would recommend this location do not anticipate the manager to solve any problems because her management skills are poor.

The place was nasty ? and dirty. Bathroom had paper towels overflowing, no toliet paper. Staff friendly. Four out of five of my party, left with an horrible stomach bug. Never again.

Today from 3pm-5pm we hosted my step sons 9th Birthday party here. We scheduled in advance this party, their ultimate party package. We unfortunately for ourselves forgot all the stuff that was included in that package, we ordered 2 large meat pizzas, 1 large pepperoni and 1 large cheese. After a while my wife remembered the gift bags that were included in the package but weren't ever brought to us. So we decided to ask for them which they ended up bringing out to us. I then decided it was a good time to look at what was all included again just to Double check, by this time it was pretty much the end of the party. Realizing each kid was supposed to get 2 free slices of pizza (which didn't happen), probably cuz their communication sucked so bad that they didn't say anything about it when we ordered a cheese pizza for the kids. So ultimately instead of charging the extra charge for the pizza, I feel like they should of compt the up charge. Either way we won't be back. Sorry goes a long way when it's followed with action, not just dense words. The whole feeling of the party just felt like they didn't care about our experience.

I took my grandson here an the host was nice but I spent almost a hundred dollars an the chicken wings lemon pepper was extremely salty and I have high blood pressure already so I ordered the bbq ones an they were hard an salty as well. Woke up the next day with a major headache ?

I took my kids at 8:30 Saturday night, I waited to be stamped with for 10-15 minutes while a worker kept staring at us. The employee finally yelled yall can come in. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a worker to tell me the kitchen is now closed. Very dissatisfied with the service, I really wanted some damn pizza lol. To top it off, the merch counter closed at 9pm, a whole hour before closing. So I just spent 70 bucks on my kids playing cards and we can’t even redeem our tickets? Very nice , I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. I should have stuck to The Fun Lab in Blaine , Mn
The only aspect that did not meet expectations were the machines are tighter than the slots at any Indian casino.Chuck E Cheese was a hit, at least for this location, multiple associates provided excellent service, made sure all the kids needs and wants were met, while fulfilling all of their requests. From parties of 2 to 22, everyone felt special.The beer was ice cold, the pizza was tasty, and the salad bar was fresh and stayed stocked.

Took our kiddos recently. Had a nice time with our 45 min unlimited play card. This location had more game options for younger kids than at the MG location. We saw a staff member cleaning and wiping down a bunch of games while we were there, which was nice to see. Didn't order any food so we don't have any comments for that. Side note: The gentleman who stamped us in was sooooo nice. He was very friendly and welcoming. I wish I caught his name so that we could let management know they have a great person on staff. We'll visit again soon.
