The lady working was rude, very unpresentable, and definitely didn’t want to be at work and it showed, ice cream was basically melted and we even stayed and ate there so it’s not like it melted on the drive home.

The staff are super nice here! I came in asking for help revealing the gender of our baby and the two girls working were so so kind and made the experience something to remember !

Extremely delicious. Wonderful that I can customize what I want.
I love the sweet cream base.

We've learned to call ahead to see if there are chocolate covered waffle bowls. They make a certain ammount in the morning and when they run out they don't make more. They said they run out around lunch time. We went there this past Sunday around noon, waited for 10 minutes and only saw 1 staff that was busy fulfilling a cake order. We just decided to leave - didn't see any choc covered waffle bowls either.

This place is always super busy but they do a good job of moving people through. Plus the ice cream is SO worth it!

Me and my son show up at 11:45 a.m. Friday September 13th and I stand around for a couple minutes until a young blonde girl comes out and says give me a couple seconds I'll be right back to help you so I stand there for another couple more minutes with my boy and she never came back out to help me so I said screw it and me and my son left and as I was walking out the front door I don't think she was even coming back out. Really pathetic to come to this place to have to stand around for minutes not getting helped with no customer service. I'm just standing there twiddling my thumbs looking forward to ice cream with my little 5-year-old boy so perhaps you should hire people that are attentive to customers that aren't standing around talking in the back discussing things on their cell phones..... where is the service? I'm a paying customer why am I just standing around in the lobby with no employees why was I told that somebody was going to come back to help me and they didn't come back to help me? I shouldn't have to walk out of a business because there's nobody to help me. I do not recommend this place and I will never be back to this place and based off of the reviews I can understand why so I give this place a negative one star.

For the last year or so the workers put way less ice cream in the gotta have it. I'm buying a "GOTTA HAVE IT" and they actually leave ice cream on the mixing stone because they think it's too much, and then the cup is hardly full. This has consistently been the case as of late. Not sure if it's their manager telling them to put less ice cream in as a cost savings measure or what.

Place needs repair, front door is broken and squeaky. Inside smells like rotten milk and has leaking from somewhere, causing a lot of water under the only chairs they have. Boys working are not friendly and kids got same size but one was 1/2 the amount of ice cream as the other ones. We will not be coming back.

We came inside and they rushed our orders(we were the only ones inside) -they made the ice cream in half a second, not enough toppings-. and left ice cream on the board (had to ask to scrape). And when one of the workers messed up, she took a smaller sized cup and put it inside the original cup. St. Anthony location charges 6.00$ as this location charged us almost 8.00$

The two females that work in the afternoon are rude EVERY time we come in. One time they saw us come in and then went to the back to gossip until I had to call out to them to see if they're still open. We're not coming back

We try an come here regularly for the sugar free option vanilla lite. Everytime you ask for it, they have it in the back. It's never in the case with the rest of the flavors. It's 50/50 if she will get ice cream or not due to which staff are willing to go an get it to serve. It's Pretty bad, to the point the other day one staff seemed to be upset with her about even ordering it. Ridiculous this cold stone employees need better training.

Why advertise a no sugar added option but never "have it in stock". Out of the five times I've gone to this location they only claimed to have it once. I know it's harder to "work with" than other options but I believe it is just pure laziness from the staff. They are always rude about it too. It's pretty disappointing when you have health problems that allow you not to be able to have added sugars and you finally find an option you can have and you get excited just for them to never have it.

Pretty disappointed in the lack of the Almondmilk Chocolate here. It's advertised on the board with a huge square but it's not available and the young man working told me that his manager doesn't like to stock it because it "literally takes two days to thaw" to be able to serve it. That's fine, but take down the sign because the excitement for my kid to see Silk on the board, knowing there's dairy free ice cream, but there's not.. is hard to explain to a kid who thought driving to the "far away place" meant she could have something with everyone else. Lame.

I get cornerstone all the time I usually go to the store 3461 river rapids in I’m so mad I didn’t this store was so rude to me my bowl cone broke because how melted the ice cream was the guy charged me $9 in i usually pay $7 in I got the same exact thing I usually do he said because you got extra toppings I didn’t get extra topping I will never ever come to this one just because I’m close by I will drive to the other location for now on. $9??? For melted ice cream when I sat back in my car not even a min from getting the ice cream it broke the 1st picture is what they gave me at this store the second picture is what I get from the other store that’s how much I spend at cold stone just to get some trash ice cream I’m so upset. They didn’t look like they wanted to work anyways so I shouldn’t be surprised.
