do not come here if you have alergies to any certain icecreams. they never clean the table they use to mix the ice cream, when i came here it was covered in old icecream to the point you couldnt see the table beneath. disgusting. i ordered a plain vanilla and the mixed it on the dirty table so i ended up getting a vanilla ice cream with lots of other old flavors mixed in from the table. luckily i am not allergic to anything here but if you are dont come because you might get a different ice cream mixed into yours because of the dirty table!!

Just went there for a date night husband. Sierra was wonderful in helping me decide what to get and serving us! The best experience I’ve ever had at a coldstone! She’s a wonderful employee;)

Ice cream wasn't even mixed. All ingredients were on the bottom and gave me vanilla instead of sweet cream. Need the old workers to come back, or teach the new people how to do their job.

We bought an ice cream cake and this is what we got. It’s uneven and there is barely any ice cream on one side. Look how uneven this looks. I believe that they make these cakes in store and the worker has no idea how to make this. Do not buy ice cream cake here! There are barely Oreos in the ice cream too.

Typical Cold Stone, clean inside. Clean bathrooms. Didn’t wait long in line. Was greeted by friendly staff. Forgot how good this stuff was!!

Yum!! Chocolate devotion is delicious.

I ordered the Our Strawberry Blonde, which is supposed to have no nuts. Nuts somehow ended up in it due to cross-contamination, which shows a lot about their cleanliness. I am allergic and had a reaction. Now I have to throw away the rest of my $10 bowl of ice cream. Thanks for wasting my money Cold Stone.

i’m not one to make reviews, but I’ve always had issues with this Cold Stone and tonight will be the last time i go to this location. I ordered a create your own triple pint on the app and received a premade. I simply wanted to cheer myself up with ice cream and instead wasted $20 on something i won’t eat.

The lady working was rude, very unpresentable, and definitely didn’t want to be at work and it showed, ice cream was basically melted and we even stayed and ate there so it’s not like it melted on the drive home.

The staff are super nice here! I came in asking for help revealing the gender of our baby and the two girls working were so so kind and made the experience something to remember !

Extremely delicious. Wonderful that I can customize what I want.

We've learned to call ahead to see if there are chocolate covered waffle bowls. They make a certain ammount in the morning and when they run out they don't make more. They said they run out around lunch time. We went there this past Sunday around noon, waited for 10 minutes and only saw 1 staff that was busy fulfilling a cake order. We just decided to leave - didn't see any choc covered waffle bowls either.
