I ordered from DoorDash so they would make it up not the freezer one and they sent me the one that was already premade from the freezer. I was not happy. I wanted to kind that they make up themselves and the freezer one is cheaper. The one I wanted was more expensive.

Not a good experience. There were teenage girls working, and my wife ordered a milkshake for herself, they proceeded to make our orders and gave my wife an ice cream bowl. I told them she had ordered a milkshake and they had told us that their machines aren’t working; fair. But, if they are not working you tell us, not just give us a bowl instead, and then once you finish making it tell us the machine isn’t working. Then we were given the bowls, about to leave and we didn’t get any spoons, so we had to look where the spoons were and that is when she said “you guys need spoons?” So we responded yes. Along with that, I just felt like the tone was just a bit rude. Treat everyone with justice, regardless what they look like, what they wear, what religion they are. Give some training to your employees on learning proper customer service.

This is the second cold stone location. I’ve went to tonight that does not have ice to make the smoothies. They said it’s because Corporate makes them go to target or Walmart to buy ice at the beginning of every shift because they don’t have an icemaker on site. And often times they just don’t do it in the winter because people don’t order smoothies all that often. Then take it off the damn menu!

Lately I've been ordering here on Uber eats. There always wrong I'm either missing a additional that I payed extra for or missing everything I ordered a strawberry blonde and they made them with strawberry ice cream only no additional toppings so there was no pie crust, caramel,or whipping cream. it has been so frustrating when you are craving sweets and it's nothing at all to what you wanted. Do not order here my orders have been 3/3 wrong

I'm so disgusted right now. I went in to get some ice cream, and the lady behind the counter was super sweaty. She was dripping sweat all over the place as she made people's orders.The last time I was there, there was a sweaty guy wearing a tank top with his armpit hair exposed as he was making people's ice cream. So, if you eat here you could end up with someone's sweat or armpit hair in your dessert.

They'll never fill up your container of ice cream unless you specifically tell them to, even though the prices are so exuberant. And when you ask them to fill it up they treat you like a pest. If you want ice cream you're better off going to Dairy Queen.

Such an awful experience. Out of waffle cones, vanilla ice cream and so many other options.. Ice cream was melting before we walked out the door, fruit flies hovering around the toppings, no napkins, teenagers running the place and no customer service whatsoever. Walked away without even finishing our ice cream… the trash got it. this location is filthy & needs (better) management.
Monday July 31- Very bad service. I have always loved Cold Stones Creamery but this one is by far the worst ones I have ever gone to. The workers are very rude and lazy. The teenagers that are working there don’t even assist you.

I've always enjoyed Cold Stone, but NEVER order pickup unless you're ordering a medium or large. Their smallest ice cream will not last the drive home, and if it was the first item on the order, it will be made first and not refrigerated while the others are made. Terrible experience for overpriced ice cream.
