Every time I order food curbside pickup I have to go inside and pick the food myself. They never come out for curbside pick up. This is not just one location Rosemount, Blain, and Saint Paul.

Don’t expect great service. Incorrect name on order, messed up the toppings on order, failed to re-make order and had to be badgered multiple times to get the food requested. Skip it and hit a different Culver’s if you have the time. This location was not busy at this time.

They stole my money—$12.42!

I placed an order, but they were taking too long. Then they directed me to the drive‑through, where I foolishly paid again, believing my pickup order would be refunded.

Instead, they gave me the usual excuse about “3 days to reimburse.” When I called back, they claimed there was nothing they could do.

This location is a joke and a thief.

Had a mushroom burger was dripping in grease that it went all over my lap. Came back to get the custard scoop for the kids . Waited a long time to get the one scoop for 2 kids. The giant group of over 8 that came in behind us got their full meal before we got out simple scoop of ice cream.
I still like culvers just a werid visit. The staff were chatting too much with customers as they walked by and you could tell they were a little bothered and wanted to be left to enjoy their meals.

Kitchen couldn’t run a garage sale, much less deliver food on time. Sat in the drive thru line for fifteen minutes during off rush time.

I mistakenly took another chance. Paid for a basket. Was assured it was a basket. They gave me a sandwich with no fries. Lonely Toons operation.

I really don’t like coming to this location this is the second time I’ve had an issue. This time I ordered online, it says it was ready I walk in and the expo is doing orders and I see ours in the window. The cashier tells him I’m there for my order. He completes everything and jumps everything from the screen and walks away. I proceed to tell him I’m here for my order and he takes a phone call. While order is in the window. A new cashier that just comes in at that point starts to tell me that nothing is ready and there’s nothing in the window when I’m looking at the window and I see my exact order sitting up there and it’s really really frustrating and I couldn’t deal with it anymore. I just walked out. And for the two of us, how are we supposed to share one ketchup packet for our cold onion rings and got a tomato grrr gross

Jamie is wonderful and lights up my day when I see her. Today she was taking orders however there was a mistake about something she had said about a buy one get one mixer. (I think she forgot to mention that I needed a coupon) so when I asked to speak to a manager about the price because I didn’t want to spend another $6.19 for a half melted concrete mixer. The managers reply was “she’s special” and proceeded to yell at her “don’t do that again.” When Jamie came to the window she was so apologetic and looked super sad. I told her that it was okay and that I hoped she had a great day. Upon talking to my others that come here on lunch, this is not the first time this has happened where this lady has been rude to this young lady. Jamie you are awesome never forget that. And to the company that either does not know this is happening or hasn’t took action please do. People with disabilities have feelings and don’t deserve to be treated unkind.
