The owners hire people who are personable, professional and efficient. I always experience staff who are serving me with a smile and efficient in getting the treats to me quickly. Kris and the other owner have done a great job at hiring very efficient staff. The owners model that for the employees as well. Clean environment, good food, quick service and all with a smile to greet you thank you Kris for your dedication to making your restaurant a very positive and upbeat experience for your customers!

Unbearably hot inside the DQ establishment. I came here today with my 5-year-old special needs boy upon walking in the store I immediately noticed how unbearably hot and uncomfortable it was inside. I have been coming here for jeez I don't know 20 to 30 years something like that ever since I was a little kid my grandpa and grandma would always take me here and now I'm 39 turning 40 in March and I never ever remember this store being this hot with no air conditioning and this uncomfortable inside. I was looking forward to leaving. They should at least post a sign on the door that there's no air conditioning especially being that it's in the '90s outside today July 15th 2025 at 2:05pm. I left one star for the friendly employees and I left one star for the good ice cream style treats.
